Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients. Il comporte en effet selon une première caractéristique d'une part au moins un montant de préférence dorsal entre autre plastique pour servir de liaison directe avec les divers éléments, la partie supérieure dorsale à la partie inférieure pelvienne, composant le corset, d'autre part deux montants latéraux chacun placé en opposition l'un de l'autre de chaque côté de la partie pelvienne la reliant à la partie dorsale avec tendance vers l'avant permettant de stabiliser le haut du corset en rapport de la ceinture pelvienne,. Un appui sterno claviculaire vient antérieurement partant des côtés antérieurs des coques supérieures.
