Abstract

The column has a sump pump (11) for aspirating water in a chute (13) and rising waste water level above the ground for passing the waste water to an evacuation network. A sensor (1) is located in a lower part of a water aspiration zone. A control unit (9) triggers the starting of the pump based on the water level measured by the sensor and prevents the entry of water by acting on a solenoid valve (5) when the water level is very high.

Cette colonne de douche (fig 7) regroupe dans un ensemble monolithique la diffusion et la récupération de l'eau ; en partie supérieure le pommeau de douche et la robinetterie, en partie inférieure un système original d'aspiration de l'eau, le tout régulé par un dispositif de sécurité pour éviter les débordements. Lorsque des travaux sont entrepris (fig 5, dispositions initiales avant travaux) pour rendre plus accessible les logements aux personnes souffrant d'un handicap physique, il est souvent nécessaire d'aménager la salle de bain afin de disposer d'une douche sans receveur (fig6 ). L'eau s'écoule alors sur le sol en légère pente, pour être ensuite recueillie et évacuée dans le plancher par un siphon de sol raccordé au réseau d'évacuation des eaux usées. La modification du réseau d'eau usée est souvent un obstacle à ces travaux puisque le niveau du fil d'eau permettant le raccordement au réseau est alors plus bas que le niveau existant. Dans les logements collectifs, le raccordement au réseau sous le plancher devient impossible puisqu'il ne pourrait se faire qu'en transitant dans l'appartement situé en dessous. La présente invention (fig 7) permet de s'affranchir des difficultés d'évacuation des eaux usées lors de la mise en place de douche sans receveur ; en aspirant et en remontant l'eau de la douche elle rend possible le raccordement au réseau existant d'eau usée.  to ensure the evacuation by suction of the water flowing on the floor of a shower without a receiver. The present invention (FIG. 7) makes it possible to overcome the difficulties of evacuating wastewater when installing a shower without a receiver; by sucking up and up the shower water it makes possible the connection to the existing network of wastewater.

En référence à ces dessins, la colonne de douche se compose d'un caisson rigide (8) assurant la fixation au mur et servant de support à l'ensemble des mécanismes. La partie avant est habillée d'une panneau de façade démontable (2) laissant apparaître : le pommeau de douche (7), le robinet d'ouverture et d'arrêt (6), le mitigeur (4) et en partie basse la goulotte d'évacuation de l'eau (13). Les autres éléments sont intégrés à l'intérieur de la colonne de douche. Les arrivées (3) d'eau froide et d'eau chaude sanitaire (en attente de raccordement) alimentent un mitigeur (4) permettant d'ajuster la température de l'eau. Un boîtier de contrôle (9) assure le pilotage de l'électrovanne (5) et de la pompe de vidange (11) à partir des informations recueillies par un capteur (1) indiquant le niveau de l'eau au sol à proximité de la goulotte (13). L'électrovanne (5) permet de limiter ou d'arrêter le passage de l'eau si l'évacuation fait défaut. Un tuyau se terminant par une crépine (12) aspire l'eau qui s'écoule sur le sol dans la goulotte, il est protégé par une grille (14) démontable. Une pompe de vidange (11) assure l'évacuation de l'eau vers un tuyau (10) en attente de raccordement au réseau d'eau usée. Lorsque la douche fonctionne et que le niveau de l'eau qui s'écoule sur le sol s'élève la pompe se déclenche et aspire l'eau dans la goulotte, dès que le niveau d'eau s'abaisse la pompe s'arrête.
