Abstract
Description
CHAUSSON A SEMELLE RENFORCEE.REINFORCED SOLE BOOT.
FIELD OF APPLICATION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to the field of clothing parts and more particularly to slippers of the type extensible knitted textile material having a flexible sole reported elastomeric material. DESCRIPTION OF THE PRIOR ART In general, a liner has no heel and is intended to be threaded on the foot to the ankle or even higher depending on the season. It is for this purpose shaped according to the shape of an extensible textile tube to adapt to the shape of the foot and closed on one side at the end of the foot while ending on the other side, remaining open to be threaded on the foot, by an elastic band or an edge knitted with latex to retain this part of the boot on the ankle. In order to avoid premature wear in the area of the foot most exposed to friction, the underside of these shoes is reinforced by a sole shaped in an injected elastomeric material to be attached to the textile material by simple molding or injection hot on synthetic or natural textiles commonly used for the knitted tubular portion of the slipper. For the manufacture of such footwear with reinforced soles, the tubular portion of sock liner made of knitted stretch fabric yarns is threaded onto a die, and then the die portion corresponding to the shape of the underside of the foot is engaged in a mold in which the elastomeric material is injected to fill a volume left free to form said sole.
Ainsi, la portion 2905237 - 5 périphérique de la semelle s'en trouve toujours plus flexible et les portions internes plus rigides notamment au niveau des trois points d'appui postérieur (talon) et antéro-interne et antéro-externe du pied.35 On some of these slippers, the sole is overflowing laterally so as to cover at least a portion of the periphery of the foot thus making the entire boot more fitting since the lateral edge makes the sole more solidly attached to the foot. The Applicant has found that this type of slipper 5 with reinforced sole provides good stability of the slippers, but also has the disadvantage of making the latter less comfortable to use because the sole is shaped in a more rigid material than the textile part stretchable knitted to have a good hold of the foot on the ground. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Starting from this state of affairs, the Applicant has therefore conducted research aimed at making the wearing of the liner even more pleasant while, of course, retaining the qualities already acquired thanks to the basic principle of reinforcement of the sole. A primary objective of this research was to make the soleplate more flexible. Another objective of this research was to make the sole lighter. Another objective of this research has been to make the soleplate more ventilated so that the sole of the foot can breathe through the elastomeric material. Another objective of this research has been to improve the adhesion of the soleplate to the ground which is very important because this type of product is often intended for infants. Another objective of this research was to reconcile all the above objectives on a reinforced sole shoe while maintaining a good balance between the comfort of the boot on the foot and the good maintenance of the foot on the ground at the level of the foot. ground support in standing and walking. This research has resulted in the design and manufacture of a new reinforced sole boot of the type comprising a tubular stretch-shaped portion and a reinforced sole. shaped in an elastomeric material to be attached to the tubular portion of textile material coming under the sole of the foot and so as to form a lateral projecting rim covering at least a part of the perimeter of the foot, remarkable in that the sole and the lateral border elastomeric material are shaped recessed portions and / or protruding which cooperate to maintain the stability of the liner on the foot while allowing the establishment of other technical functions to improve its comfort. This feature is particularly advantageous in that it allows, by a judicious arrangement of the recessed parts and protruding parts as set forth below, to implement new technical features to comfortably improve the wearing of this device. type of slippers. Thus, according to a first feature of the invention, a recessed portion is preformed on the height of the lateral edge of the sole at the inner and outer arches of the plantar dome so as to form an internal and external notch on each side of the sole. Thus, the sole portion located at the arch is more flexible. According to another characteristic of the invention, a recessed portion is preformed on the height of the lateral edge of the sole at the level of the binding of the toes with the two anterior internal and external bearing points, so as to form an indentation internal and external on each side of the sole. Thus, the sole portion located at this connection is more flexible. According to another characteristic of the invention, a protruding portion is preformed on the height of the lateral edge of the sole at the rear portion of the heel so as to form a reinforcement of the sole. Thus, the sole portion located at the heel is more rigid. According to another characteristic of the invention, protruding portions are distributed on the outer face of the sole, so as to form on the sole of the non-slip relief studs. Thus, the adhesion of the sole on the ground is improved. According to another characteristic of the invention, recessed parts are distributed on the outer face of the sole, so as to form holes on the sole plate. Thus, these holes, preferably arranged alternately with the pins, compensate for the supply of material provided by the presence of the latter in order to maintain the flexibility of the sole. These holes also create a suction effect also promoting the adhesion of the sole on the ground. According to another characteristic of the invention, recessed parts are distributed on the outer face of the sole, so as to form on the sole plate through holes. These holes, preferably arranged on the periphery of the sole, compensate for the supply of material provided by the presence of the latter and have the effect of promoting aeration of these portions of the foot via the sole. According to another preferred feature of the invention, the through and non-through holes evolve in size progressively towards the periphery of the sole, so as to obtain a greater material reduction on said periphery. Thus, the peripheral portion of the sole is more flexible. According to another preferred feature of the invention, the raised studs gradually change in size from the periphery to the inside of the sole, so as to obtain a supply of material in the internal portions of the sole. Thus, the peripheral portion of the sole is always more flexible and the internal portions more rigid in particular at the three points of posterior support (heel) and antero-internal and antero-external foot.

OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS As illustrated in the drawings of FIGS. 1b and 1c, the liner according to the invention consists of a tubular part 100 knitted of extensible textile yarns to adapt to the shape of the foot. and closed 35 on one side 110 at the end of the foot while ending on the other side remaining open 120 to be threaded on the foot 290, by an elastic band 121 to retain the boot at the height of the ankle . The underside 130 of the liner 100 located beneath the sole of the foot that is the most exposed to friction, is reinforced by a sole 200 formed from an injected elastomer material to be attached to the textile material in general by hot molding an imprint on the synthetic or natural textile material of the knitted tubular portion 130 of the liner. This sole 200 is molded to form on the knitted stitch of the slipper located on at least a part of the perimeter of the foot, a overlapping side overlapping edge 210. According to the invention, recessed and protruding parts are judiciously fitted on the sole. 200 and its side edge 210 as described below. In the first place (see FIGS. 1b and 1c), a recessed portion is preformed on the height of the lateral edge 210 at the inner and outer arches of the plantar dome so as to form an internal and external indentation 221a and 211b on the lateral edge 210 on each side of the sole 200. Secondly (see Figures lb and lc), a recessed portion is preformed on the height of the lateral edge 210 at the level of the binding of the toes with the two points anterior support inner and outer, so as to form an internal notch 212a and external 212b on each side of the sole 200. Third (see Figure lb, and 1d), a projecting portion is preformed on the height of the lateral border 210 at the posterior portion of the heel so as to form a reinforcement 213 of the sole. Fourthly (see FIGS. 2a, 2b and 2c) projecting parts are distributed on the external face of the sole 200, so as to form on the sole of the anti-skid relief pins 214. Preferably and as shown in the drawing of Figure 2b, these pins in 2905237 - 7 relief 214 evolve gradually from the periphery to the inside of the sole, to obtain a contribution of material in the internal portions of the sole.
25 30 35In fifth place (see FIGS. 2a, 2b and 2c), recessed portions are distributed on the external face of the sole 200, so as to form on the sole of through holes 215a and non-through holes 215b. These holes, preferably arranged alternately with the pins, are open 215a on the periphery of the sole 200, and non-through 215b inwards of the sole 200. In addition, the through holes 215a and non-through holes 215b evolve into size progressively towards the periphery of the sole, in order to obtain a reduction of material on said periphery. It is understood that the reinforced sole boot which has just been described and shown above, was for the purpose of disclosure rather than limitation. Of course, various arrangements, modifications and improvements may be made to the example above, without departing from the scope of the invention. 25 30 35
