L'invention concerne un produit sous forme de granulés cylindriques compressés, constitués des issues de meunerie et son utilisation pour le chauffage individuel et collectif.

Description

1 1 La présente invention porte sur la réalisation de granulés compressés
constitués d'issues de meunerie (produits secondaires obtenus au cours de la mouture de céréales, principalement du blé).
Deux familles de granulés : l'une composée de granulés de gros sons et de fins sons de blé, et par extension toutes autres céréales (seigle û orge û avoine - ...), l'autre composée de granulés de cosses de blé noir (le blé noir est une graminée).
Ces produits s'inscrivent dans le cadre des énergies renouvelables biologiques, obtenus sans liants par compression, sur presses à granuler utilisées pour l'alimentation animale. Les granulés sont cylindriques d'un diamètre de environ 6 m/m pour 20 rn/m de longueur En raison de la teneur importante en cellulose de la matière première, l'utilisation de ces produits est prévue pour le chauffage des maisons individuelles et l'objectif commercial est d'implanter ce mode de chauffage pour les collectivités locales (écoles û salles polyvalentes û salles de sport, maison de retraite, ...).
Le conditionnement est prévu en sacs de 25 kg û big bag et en vrac. L'alimentation des chaudières se fait en manuel ou par vis directement dans le foyer à partir d'un silo de stockage.

1 Produit transformé des issues de meunerie d'origine céréalières ou graminées (blé ù blé noir ù seigle ù orge ù avoine, ...), obtenu par compression sous forme de granulés cylindriques.
