Abstract
Description
The invention relates to the field of packaging (packaging). In particular, the present invention relates to a device for packaging a product for controlling the release of said product and the method of manufacturing said packaging device. There are a number of situations in which the control of the release of a product contained in a package suitable for sale is desired. For example, it is preferred to control the release of small objects such as seeds, seeds, screws, sweets to prevent their loss by the user. For the purposes of the present invention, a device for packaging a product corresponds to any device intended to facilitate the protection, preservation, presentation, sale, provision and use of said product. The packaging devices of a product for controlling the release of said product are particularly useful in the field of diffusers. Diffuser means any device for the release of an organic substance into the surrounding atmosphere. There are many organic substances of domestic utility whose action requires release into the surrounding atmosphere, such as deodorants, perfumes or insecticides. Generally, these products are packaged in devices having a plurality of openings, said openings being closed upon purchase of the product, and then opened when the user wishes to use the product. This type of packaging has the disadvantage for the user of not being able to control the release of the organic substance, and in particular not being able to stop it when it wishes. Other types of packaging such as that described in US Patent 4, 280, 651 provide devices for controlling the release of an organic substance. These devices comprise an internal element containing the organic substance. This element comprises on both sides openings for air to circulate and cooperates with a movable outer member to regulate the exposure of the organic substance to the ambient atmosphere and in particular the closure of said openings.
The present invention relates to an alternative conditioning device for the controlled release of a product comprising a movable element containing the product to be released. The release of the product is initiated, controlled and / or stopped by the user, by manual movement of the mobile element.
The present invention relates to a device comprising a support plate, on which is affixed a holding plate, and at least one element, in particular a container, which is movable in rotation and / or in translation, which protrudes with respect to two plates above, which comprises a flat face in contact with the support plate and which further comprises means for maintaining it between said two plates. This holding plate comprises: a first recess, or a means for providing a first recess, the surface of which is substantially equal to that of the planar face of the movable element, allowing the positioning and the rotational displacement of the movable element, and - optionally, at least one second recess, or means for providing a second recess, allowing the displacement of the movable element in rotation and / or in translation between the support and holding plates, said displacement taking place between at least two positions; and this holding plate is fixed to the support plate so as to generate a gap between the two plates around the recess or recesses, allowing the element to be mobile in rotation and / or in translation.
Plate means any sheet of flexible or rigid, flat, thin material on which, optionally, text and / or illustrations may be printed. By support plate is meant any plate capable of supporting the weight of at least one movable element, and by a holding plate any plate comprising at least one recess or means for providing at least one recess capable of receiving at least one element. movable, and which is fixed to the support plate so as to maintain said movable member retained between the two plates and to allow its displacement in rotation and / or in translation. Recess means any orifice resulting from the release of a blank of material in a given contour, said recess not affecting the contour of the plate on which it is practiced. The plates may have a varied shape, circular, rectangular or a shape representing an object, for example a hanger. They can be made of cardboard or plastic or any suitable material, including polymer. The plates each comprise an inner face and an outer face. Each external face may have text and / or artwork prints.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the holding plate comprises a pre-cut, which allows the release of a first cut and thus the generation of a first recess. Advantageously, the first blank, once detached from the holding plate, is transferred and fixed on the inner face of the support plate; the transferred cutout is positioned on the support plate so as to be in contact with the planar face of the movable member. According to another variant, the first blank is detached from the holding plate and another cut, preferably of the same shape and size, is fixed on the inner face of the support plate so as to be in contact with the face plane of the movable element. Advantageously, this other cut is made of plastic, metal including aluminum or any other suitable impermeable material including polymer. This advantageous embodiment allows, when the movable element is transparent, to ensure continuity in the visualization of the graphics made on the outer face of the holding plate.
Advantageously, the surface of the first recess is equal to that of the planar face of the movable element, which allows the positioning of the movable element at this recess. This recess can have any shape that adapts to the shape of the movable element. The gap formed around this first recess during the fixing of the two plates makes it possible, on the one hand, to keep the movable element in retention between the two plates and, on the other hand, to allow the element to be rotatable. . According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the holding plate further comprises another pre-cut that allows the release of a second cut and thus the generation of a second recess. The fact of making this second recess makes it possible to move the movable element, by sliding on the support plate, this sliding being controlled by the gap around the recess formed during the fixing of the two plates together, being understood that the movable element remains in contact with the support plate by its flat face. This second recess can have a varied shape, including rectangular, circular, oblong. In a first embodiment of the invention in which the movable element moves in vertical translation, ie from the top to the bottom or from the bottom to the top of the device, the second recess comprises a width equal to that of the plane face of the device. the movable element and a lower height equal to or greater than that of said planar face. In a second embodiment of the invention in which the movable element moves in horizontal translation, ie from the left side to the right side or vice versa, the second recess comprises a height equal to that of the plane face of the movable element. and a lower width equal to or greater than that of said planar face.
Advantageously, said recess has a height according to the first embodiment or a width according to the second embodiment equal to at least twice the height or the width of the movable element. This embodiment makes it possible to move the mobile element from its initial position to other positions. In a third embodiment the movable member follows a curved path, and the shape of the recess is made to respond to the desired path.
The support and holding plates are fixed together by their inner face so as to form a gap around the recess or recesses allowing the element to be movable in rotation and / or in translation. This gap is a space between the two support and holding plates, which can be obtained by an absence of fixing means between the two plates around the recess. According to a first embodiment of the invention, the support and holding plates can be cut separately and fixed together by their inner face so as to form a gap around the recess or recesses. According to a second embodiment of the invention, the support and holding plates are made from a single plate which is folded along a fold line to form the support and holding plates, these two plates being then fixed together to form a gap around the recess or recesses. This gap between the two plates around the recess or recesses allows by any suitable means the maintenance and movement of a movable element between at least two positions. The movable element comprises a planar face and may have a varied shape in the portion that projects relative to the two plates, for example a spherical, frustoconical, parallelepipedal shape or a shape representing an object such as a flower, a star, etc ... For example, the movable element can be a half sphere, a triangle or a rectangle. The portion of the movable member protruding from the two plates is grippable by the user and allows him to manually move the movable member. The movable element is positioned in the device so that, firstly its planar face is in contact with the inner face of the support plate, and secondly, it is retained between the two plates by any appropriate way.
In a particular embodiment of the invention, the movable element comprises, as retaining means between the two plates, flat flanges integral with the periphery of its flat face. These flat flanges preferably have a width less than that of the gap formed around the recess or recesses during the fixing of the plates together and cooperate with this space to allow the retention of the element between the two plates and the displacement of the element in the recess.
By the periphery of the flat face of the movable element is meant the surface bordering the line which circles the plane face of the movable element.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the movable member is a container, also called container, capable of retaining a product. Container (or container) means a hollow element intended to contain, preserve or transport any product, whatever its shape and nature, liquid, gas or solid. Preferably, the movable element is made of plastic such as polyolefins, polyvinyl chloride, polyester terephthalate, polystyrene and the various complexes used for the formation of these containers. According to a first embodiment, the hollow mobile element contains a product in its portion protruding from the two plates and is closed by a membrane integral with the flat flanges; in this embodiment, the membrane forms the flat face of the movable element in contact with the support plate. According to a second embodiment, the hollow mobile element contains a product in its portion projecting from the two plates and is not closed at the plane face of the movable element in contact with the support plate.
In one embodiment of the invention, the movable member is movable between a rest position and at least one other position, said active position. The rest position is defined as the position in which the movable member is positioned during manufacture of the device. Advantageously, this rest position corresponds to a position in which the device does not release a product, hereinafter referred to as the off position. In this advantageous mode, the support plate and / or the holding plate are rendered impervious to the product by any appropriate means. According to a first embodiment, they are made impervious by a film coating, in particular aluminum, PE, PET, or plastic type ACLARO or BAREXO, on their inner face or their outer face. According to a second embodiment, they are made impervious by a complexing of the plate, i.e. the support plate and / or retaining is made by two layers of complexed cardboard comprising between them a film coating. In a variant of the invention, only the first cutout present in the holding plate and transferable on the inner face of the support plate is made impermeable.
The active position is defined as a position reached by manual movement of the mobile element by the user, in which the device releases the product. Advantageously, the device releases the product by at least one recess made in the support plate or in the movable element. Advantageously, the device according to the invention comprises a rest position and at least one active position, preferably two, three, four, five or six active positions.
In one embodiment of the invention, the at least one recess formed on the holding plate is notched so as to stop the movable element in a preferred active position. Advantageously, the recess comprises as many notches as is desired of active positions. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a recess comprises a first notch for stopping the movable element in a first active position, a second notch for stopping in a second active position and a third notch for stopping in a third active position. The stopping of the movable element in a first, second or third active position makes it possible, respectively, to expose a first surface of the planar face of the movable element, a second, larger surface of the plane face of the movable element and the entire surface of the planar face of the movable element. For example, the first and second active positions respectively allow exposure of about one-third and two-thirds of the surface of the planar face of the movable member. Advantageously, the notches allow the positioning of the movable element in a desired position, and are such that the user can manually force the passage of the movable element to another position without damaging them.
In one embodiment of the invention, the support plate comprises at least one means for releasing a part or all of the product contained in the mobile element. Advantageously, this release means is at least one perforation in the support plate, facing at least one recess of the holding plate. According to an advantageous variant, this release means is at least one pre-cut, which allows the release of a cut and thus the generation of a recess in the support plate, facing at least one recess 25 of the holding plate. According to one embodiment, the surface of the recess of the support plate is smaller than that of the recesses of the holding plate, so as to allow the release of only a part of the product contained in the movable element. According to a second embodiment, the surface of said at least one recess is equal to or greater than that of the planar face of the movable element, allowing the instantaneous release of all the product contained in the movable element. In an alternative embodiment of the invention, it is desired to release the mobile element. In this variant, advantageously, the holding plate or the support plate comprises at least one means for releasing the retaining means of the mobile element. According to a first embodiment, the release of the movable element is obtained by performing a pre-cut on the holding plate, which allows to detach a cutout, whose surface is equal to or greater than that of the retaining means of the element mobile. According to a second embodiment, the holding plate comprises a precut which allows detach a cut and thus release the movable member by one side of the device. According to a third embodiment, the support plate comprises a precut which makes it possible to detach a cut and to generate a recess whose surface is greater than that of the movable element and its retaining means. In another embodiment of the invention, the device is a diffuser of organic substance, in particular volatile odorant, characterized in that the mobile element contains a gel or a solid comprising said substance. The order in which these different steps are carried out can be modified by those skilled in the art, depending on the materials and tools used.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the step of waterproofing the support plate and / or the holding plate or the first cut of the transferable-17-transferable plate on the plate. of support. Advantageously, this step is prior to pre-cuts. According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the method comprises after the step of detaching the first blank the step of fixing said first blank on the inner face of the support plate, so that the printed graphic on the outer face is visible through the transparent movable element.
In another embodiment, the movable member is filled with the product prior to attachment of the support plate to the holding plate.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the method further comprises the step of pre-cutting in the holding plate at least one surface in order to create at least one second recess allowing the translation of the mobile element and optionally, to detach this cutout to directly release said second recess. Advantageously, said second recess is notched so as to provide different active positions.
According to another embodiment, the method further comprises the step of pre-cutting in the holding plate at least one surface to allow the user of the device to detach the blank to release the movable member.
The invention further has the advantage of being particularly easy to use and its mode of operation will be understood by any user. The invention will be better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings illustrating an example of a device in which: FIG. 1 corresponds to the device seen from the front. - Figure 2 corresponds to the device seen in section along the axis II. - Figure 3 corresponds to the device seen from the back. FIG. 4 corresponds to the device seen from the front, after detachment of the element A. FIG. 5 corresponds to the device seen from the back, after detachment of the element B. FIG. 6 corresponds to the device seen from the front (FIG. ) and back (6B), when the movable element is moved to a first active position. - Figure 7 corresponds to the device seen from the front (7A) and back (7B), when the movable member is moved to a second active position. - Figure 8 corresponds audispositif seen from the front (8A) and back (8B), when the movable member is moved to a third active position. Directional terms such as up, down, forward, back, left and right refer to the orientation of the device as it can be hooked to a hook or a rod in this example. As can be seen in Figure 1, the device according to the invention has a hanger shape. This device comprises a holding plate 1, visible in front view in FIG. 1, and a support plate 2, visible in a back view in FIG. 3. The plates 1 and 2 are made of cardboard. This device also comprises a movable element 3, which is a half sphere made of plastic. The sectional plane along the axis II shown in FIG. 2 shows that the movable element 3 is located between the plates 1 and 2 and protrudes with respect to the plates 1 and 2 through a recess 4 made in the plate 1 of FIG. maintenance. The recess 4 was made by detaching a cutout 4a, which was then transferred and fixed on the inner face of the portion 9 of the support plate 2.
In FIG. 2, it can be seen that the plates 1 and 2 are fixed together by their internal face so as to form the gap 6. The mobile element 3 is held between the plates 1 and 2 by flat flanges 7, whose width is less than that of the gap 6. The movable member 3 is hollow and has a flat face 5 which is not closed by a membrane. This flat face 5 is in contact with the cutout 4a fixed on the inner face of the portion 9 the support plate 2. In this example, the movable member 3 contains a silicone matrix capable of diffusing a perfume or a perfume or aromatic composition.
Figure 1 shows the movable member 3 in the rest position or off position 8. Figure 3 shows the device in rear view and particularly the portion 9 of the plate 2 which is in contact with the cutout 4a. In this position, the product contained in the mobile element can not be released since the support plate 2 has been made impermeable by film-coating with polyethylene (PE).
According to the invention, the device comprises a recess 10 in the holding plate 1 whose width is equal to that of the movable element 3 and the height is twice that of the movable element 3. In Figure 1, this recess 10 is obtained by detaching the cutout 10a, which function is to retain the movable member 3 in the off position until its first use.
According to the invention, the device comprises a recess 11 in the support plate 2, the surface of which is smaller than that of the plane face 5 of the mobile element 3. In FIG. 3, this recess 11 is released by the detachment of the cut 11a. Figures 4 and 5 show the method of use of the device, comprising detaching the cutout 10a to release the recess 10 made on the holding plate 1 and the detachment of the cut-out 11a to release the recess 11 made on the support plate 2. The action of detaching the cutouts l0a and lla thus creates an orifice 13 in the device. Although not visible in the figures, the plates 1 and 2 have been fixed together to form a gap between them around the recesses 10 and 11, thus allowing the displacement of the movable member 3 by sliding of its flat flanges 7 in this gap.
It is also possible to observe in FIG. 4 notches 12a and 12b on the edges of the recess 10. The notches 12a define a first active position on the device, while the notches 12b define a second active position on the device. The movable member 3 can be placed in a third position after the notches 12b on the device. According to the invention, the device makes it possible to control the release of the organic substance contained in the mobile element 3 and in particular to stop the release of this substance when the user desires, by raising the mobile element in the off position. Figures 6, 7 and 8 describe the method of using the device to control the release of the perfume or perfuming composition of a silicone matrix contained in the movable member 3.
Figure 6 shows in front view (6A) and back (6B) the position in which the movable member 3 is to be placed by the user so that the release of the perfume or the perfume composition is low. This position corresponds to the first active position defined by the notches 12a present on the edges of the recess 10 of the plate 1. In the rear view, it is observed that the placement of the movable element 3 in this first active position allows the exposure to the ambient atmosphere of a small surface 14 of the flat face of the movable member 3 and therefore the product contained in the movable member. Figure 7 shows in front view (7A) and back (7B) the position in which the movable member 3 is to be placed by the user for the release of the perfume or the perfume composition is stronger. This position corresponds to the second active position defined by the notches 12b present on the edges of the recess 10 of the plate 1. In the rear view, it is observed that the placement of the movable element 3 in this second active position allows the exposure to the ambient atmosphere of a larger area 15 of the planar face 5 of the movable member 3 and thus the product contained in the movable member. Figure 8 shows in front view (8A) and back (8B) the position in which the movable member 3 is to be placed by the user for the release of the perfume or perfume composition is maximum. This position corresponds to the third active position located after the notches 12b present on the edges of the recess 10 of the plate 1. In view of back, it is observed that the placement of the movable member 3 in this third position active allows exposure to the ambient atmosphere of all 16 of the flat face of the movable member 3 and therefore the product contained in the movable member. When the user wishes to stop the release of the perfume or the perfuming composition of the silicone matrix contained in the mobile element 3, he places the mobile element 3 in its rest position or off position as can be seen in Figure 5. The user can use this device by suspending a hook or a rod to perfume an enclosed area such as a clothes closet.
