The agitating machine for blending of paints, varnishes, inks and similar materials, comprises a shaft attached to a direct drive motor reducer and to a fixed arm by means of a shaft, belt and toothed pulleys. The fixed arm imparts the direct drive movement to a bevel gear that transfers the motion to a lower plate and an upper plate cooperating with the lower plate and connected to a mobile arm with a mechanism to accommodate a can between the upper plate and the lower plate. A selector and a toothed belt are attached to a flywheel using a pulley.
