To ensure the safety of users of lifting devices, especially lifts, it is imperative that the landing door remains closed when a car is not in front of it. For this purpose, in a known manner, the landing door may comprise firstly a strike fixed on the opening and provided with a central rod, and secondly a lock mounted facing the frame. The lock comprises a bolt consisting of a hollow cylindrical body in which is mounted a striker slidable relative to the cylindrical body, along its axis. When closing the sash, the striker comes into contact with the shank of the striker which causes, by a suitable device provided in the lock, the displacement of the cylindrical body of the bolt towards the striker. The cylindrical body is thus housed in the striker, ensuring the locking of the opening relative to the frame. The proper functioning of this system is conditioned by the actual contact between the striker and the striker rod, which assumes control of the distance separating the strike from the bolt (prior to the engagement of the cylindrical body in the striker). However, the distance between the opening and the frame of the door may vary from one installation to another, and may also vary over time for the same installation. It is therefore necessary to provide means for adjusting the gap between the striker and the bolt. According to a first known configuration, described for example in document EP 1 023 513, it is possible to adjust the attack position of the bolt, that is to say the distance from which the bolt protrudes out of the lock housing. in the absence of any contact with the waste. Such a solution is however inconvenient, because the mounting and adjustment of the lock force the operator to climb on the cab and remove the protective plate fixed on the frame. According to a second known configuration, described for example in the document EP 0 839 245, it is possible to adjust the depth of the striker in the opening leaf by inserting wedging washers. The setting is less restrictive than in the previous case insofar as it can be performed by the operator from the landing. However, this solution has other disadvantages: the use of shims requires measurements, which is tricky or impossible on site, especially since it must integrate the thickness of the sheet of the opening in the calculation; - it is often necessary to carry out several tests before finding the number of shims leading to the correct setting. However, to add or remove a wedge, it is necessary to completely unscrew the central rod and remove the strike cylinder, which is tedious and can lead to the loss of some parts, which are reduced in size; - The setting can not claim a high accuracy because, because of the use of superimposed shims, only predetermined and discrete adjustment distances can be obtained. The invention aims to overcome the disadvantages mentioned above, providing a strike whose position can be adjusted by an operator simply, quickly, and continuously. To this end, the invention relates to a striker intended to be fixed to the opening frame, respectively to the frame, of a door, in particular a landing door of an elevator apparatus, and to receive a striker bolt of a mounted lock. facing the frame, respectively on the opening, of said door, the striker comprising: - a support intended to be fixed to the opening, respectively the frame, on a song thereof; a member for receiving the bolt mounted to move in the support in a so-called adjustment direction, the receiving member comprising a bottom substantially orthogonal to the adjustment direction provided with a hole; A rod adapted to actuate the firing pin of the bolt, extending substantially parallel to the direction of adjustment, engaged in the hole in the bottom of the receiving member, the rod having a shoulder bearing on said bottom to the the interior of the receiving member, and a threaded zone adjustably mounted in a threaded hole provided on the support. According to a general definition of the invention, resilient means are arranged between the bottom of the receiving member and the support, said elastic means being arranged to press the bottom of the receiving member against the shoulder of the rod. In practice, an operator can therefore modify the setting of the striker without having to disassemble it, and in particular without having to remove the latch receiving member. It suffices for it to actuate the rod, manually or possibly with the aid of a tool, to move the receiving member relative to the support in the direction of adjustment, by compressing or allowing the relaxation of the elastic means , depending on the direction of movement. The adjustment direction is substantially perpendicular to the edge of the opening, respectively of the frame, in the mounted position of the striker, so that the receiving member can project more or less of said edge. Once the desired position is reached, the receiving member is automatically locked in this position relative to the support, in particular under the action of the elastic means. The setting is particularly simple and fast. Although several tests are necessary to find the correct setting, the work of the operator is facilitated because no disassembly is necessary. In addition, by providing elastic means, the invention allows a very precise adjustment because not limited to discrete positions as is the case with wedges. Advantageously, the elastic means may have a sufficient stiffness to prevent the movement of the receiving member towards the rear wall of the support under the action of the bolt. Those skilled in the art will understand that the deformation capacity of the elastic means must be chosen to allow an operator to move the receiving member backwards, against the force exerted by said elastic means, when adjusting the position of the strike, while preventing such movement under the action of the bolt when closing the door. The receiving member is for example slidably mounted in the direction of adjustment in an orifice in the support. Several possible embodiments of the invention will now be described, by way of nonlimiting examples, with reference to the appended figures: FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a striker according to the invention; Figure 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of the striker of Figure 1; Figures 3 and 4 are views in longitudinal section of strikes according to alternative embodiments; Figures 5 to 8 show four successive steps of closing an opening with a striker according to the invention, the receiving member being in the retracted position; FIG. 9 represents an opening provided with a striker according to the invention, in the closed position with respect to a frame comprising a bolt, the engagement of the bolt in the striker having not taken place; and Figures 10 to 13 show four successive stages of closing an opening with a striker according to the invention, the receiving member being in the advanced position. As illustrated in FIG. 1, a striker 1 comprises a support 2 having a front wall 3 in which are formed a substantially cylindrical central orifice 4 of axis 5 perpendicular to the front wall 3 and two holes 6, 7 at the end portions of said front wall 3. The support 2 further comprises an arm 8 protruding substantially perpendicularly from the front wall 3. The face 9 of the arm 8 facing the axis 5 is substantially cylindrical and locally extends the cylindrical inner face of the orifice 4. At its end opposite the front wall 3, the arm 8 has a rear wall 10 substantially parallel to the front wall 3 and facing the orifice 4, having a threaded hole 11 centered on the axis 5. 20 As can be seen in FIGS. 5 to 13, the support 2 is intended to be fixed to an opening 12 of a door of an elevator device such as an elevator, a hoist or the equivalent via means of parts appropriate such as screws (Not shown) inserted in the two holes 6, 7. The support 2 is then housed inside the opening 12, the front wall 3 substantially flush with the edge 13 of the opening 12, and facing the frame 14 of the door (in the closed position of the opening). The opening 12 can be pivotally displaced relative to the frame 14. With respect to the edge 13, the front term designates the zone of the space on the side of the frame 14, and the term "rear" designates the zone 30 of the space. located in the opening 12. In the frame 14 is disposed, facing the keeper 1, a lock 15 having a bolt 16. The bolt 16 consists of a hollow cylindrical body 17 of axis 18, beveled, in which is mounted a striker 19 slidable with respect to the cylindrical body 17, along its axis 18. In the embodiment shown, the lock 15 is fixed on an amount of the frame, and the opening 12 is pivotally mounted relative to the frame 14. Other arrangements are nevertheless possible: the opening can be moved in translation relative to the frame (in the case of sliding hinged doors), and the lock can be fixed on the lintel of the door. The keeper 1 also comprises a receiving member 20 of the bolt 16. The receiving member 20 is here substantially cylindrical, and comprises a bottom 21 having a smooth hole 22 centered, and a side wall 23 having a curved edge 24 surrounding the open end of the cylinder opposite the bottom 21. The receiving member 20 is disposed substantially coaxially 10 in the orifice 4 formed in the support 2, the outer face of the side wall 23 cooperating with the inner face of the orifice 4. The striker 1 further comprises a generally cylindrical rod 25. The rod 25 includes a shoulder 26 defining on the rod 25 a smooth front portion 27 and a rear portion 28 having a threaded zone 29. In the embodiment shown in the drawings, the front and rear portions of the rod 25 have comparable lengths. but other configurations are possible. The rod 25 is disposed substantially along the axis 5, being engaged in the hole 22 formed on the bottom 21 of the receiving member 20 and 20 in the threaded hole 11 of the rear wall 10 of the support 2. In mounted position of the rod 25, the shoulder 26 is in contact with the inner face (front face) of the bottom 21 of the receiving member 20, the front end 30 of the rod 25 is slightly in front of the plane of the opening before the receiving member 20 and the threaded zone 29 of the rod 25 cooperates with the tapped hole 11. In addition, the bottom 21 of the receiving member 20 is located at a distance from the rear wall 10 of the support 2 The side wall 23 of the receiving member 20 is smooth, and the receiving member 20 is slidably mounted in the orifice 4 of the support 2. In addition, elastic means are placed between the bottom 21 of the body 30 and the rear wall 10 of the support 2. In FIG. 2, the elastic means comprise a spring t 31 disposed around the rod 25 substantially coaxially therewith. The spring 31 is for example a conical spiral spring whose larger diameter portion is located against the bottom 21 of the receiving member 20.
In the variant shown in FIG. 3, the elastic means comprise at least one elastomer washer 32 provided with a central orifice through which the rod 25 passes. Finally, in the variant shown in FIG. 4, the elastic means comprise at least one elastomer washer 32. less a spring washer 33 of Belleville type, for example six Belleville washers, traversed by the rod 25. Whatever their nature, the elastic means are sized to push the receiving member 20 forward, that is to say say opposite the rear wall 10, with sufficient force, as will be seen later. An operator can adjust the distance d the receiving member 20 protrudes from the support 2 by rotating the rod 25 about the axis 5. This rotational movement causes a displacement of the rod 25 along the axis. the axis 5 with respect to the support 2, because of the cooperation between the threaded zone 29 and the tapped hole 11. A displacement of the rod 25 towards the rear leads to the displacement of the receiving member 20 towards the rear thanks to the shoulder 26 bearing against the bottom 21, the resilient means compressing. Conversely, a displacement of the rod 25 forwards leads to the displacement of the receiving member 20 forward under the pressure of the elastic means. When the receiving member 20 is placed in the desired position, it is maintained by the action of the elastic means, the cooperation between the threaded zone 29 and the tapped hole 11, and the presence of the shoulder 26. In order to To facilitate the rotation of the rod 25, it may be provided that the shoulder 26 has a suitable contour (typically non-cylindrical) to be operable by a tool. For example, the shoulder 26 has a hexagonal contour, which allows its actuation by means of a hexagonal key. The receiving member 20 can thus, thanks to the invention, be very easily moved by an operator located on the bearing, having access to the stem 25 apparent from the edge 13 of the opening 12. The receiving member 20 can be moved between a retracted position, in which the edge 24 is close to the front wall 3 of the support 2 (or even adjacent thereto) and an advanced position in which the edge 24 is remote from the front wall 3 of the maximum distance allowed by the geometry of the striker 1.
FIGS. 5 to 8 illustrate various stages of closing the opening of a door, in the case where the edge 13 of the opening 12 is moved away from a relatively small distance D1 from the edge opposite the frame 14. When the 12 opening approaching its closed position, the beveled portion of the bolt 16 comes into contact with the corner then the edge 13 of the opening 12 (Figures 5 and 6), causing the recoil of the bolt 16 in the lock 15. 12 is in the closed position, the rod 25 actuates the striker 19 (Figure 7), which leads to the displacement of the cylindrical body 17 towards the striker 1, and causes the locking of the opening 12 relative to the frame 14 (Figure 8). In this case, the receiving member 20 may be in the retracted position. However, when the distance D2 between the edge 13 of the opening 12 and the edge facing the frame 14 is too great, the bolt 16 does not come into contact with the opening 12 during the closing movement of this opening 12. It follows that, without particular provision, the bolt 16 can not engage in the strike 1, and the door lock is not ensured (Figure 9). It is then possible to increase the distance d, as indicated above, so that the receiving member 20 protrudes beyond the edge 13 of the opening 12, the appropriate distance.
With this configuration, when the opening 12 approaches its closed position, the bevelled portion of the bolt 16 comes into contact with the edge 24 of the receiving member 20, causing the bolt 16 to fall back into the lock 15 (FIGS. 11). When the opening 12 is in the closed position, the rod 25 actuates the striker 19 (Figure 12), which leads to the displacement of the cylindrical body 17 towards the striker 1, and causes the locking of the opening 12 relative to the frame 14 (FIG. 13). It should be noted that the striker 1 must be designed so that the receiving member 20 retains its position when it serves as a support for the bolt 16. This is ensured by the choice of a sufficient stiffness of the elastic means.
Thus, the invention provides a satisfactory locking of a lift device door despite the variable gap between the frame and the opening, without requiring tedious adjustments. It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the embodiments described above as examples but that it encompasses all variants. In particular, the invention has been described in the case where the strike is fixed to the opening and the lock to the frame, but the reverse mounting is possible.
