The multilayer auto structural intelligent membrane for producing counter-mold with a frame in a manufacture of composite pieces, comprises a self-supporting structure. The various layers in the membrane give flexibility and adaptability in many cases. The membrane is adjustable to a shape of a mold, and offers a possibility of a thermal regulation by putting into circulation of a tempered fluid through the layers. The membrane allows automatic closure and sealing of an inflatable belt in periphery chucking of the layer, which is against a rigid profile. The multilayer auto structural intelligent membrane for producing counter-mold with a frame in a manufacture of composite pieces, comprises a self-supporting structure. The various layers in the membrane give flexibility and adaptability in many cases. The membrane is adjustable to a shape of a mold, and offers a possibility of a thermal regulation by putting into circulation of a tempered fluid through the layers. The membrane allows automatic closure and sealing of an inflatable belt in periphery chucking of the layer, which is against a rigid profile. The membrane is incorporated in a device for distributing injection for better flow of a resin. A weight and storage of the membrane is optimized.
