Abstract

In this set of connectors (10), each connector (10) is able to link a cable conductor to a conductor bar or fuse knife and comprises a cage (14) for receiving a conductor end and a jaw (15) for receiving a knife. The jaw of each connector is formed by a plate (11) of electrically conducting material, which constitutes one of the branches (151) of the jaw (15), and an elastically deformable blade (12), which constitutes the other branch (152) of the jaw (15). The electrical conduction properties of the plate (11) are variable from one connector (10) to the next, depending on the nominal rating of the current passing through this connector. According to the method of the invention, a conducting plate (11) is selected, during the manufacture of a connector (10), on the basis of the nominal rating of the connector (10). Figure 5
