Abstract

  1NTERET: Parents or other adults will no longer have to get up to prepare the bottle and heat it up. The child will be able to get his hot bottle from a certain time programmed by the adult, under the conditions of hygienic food and sanitary regulations.

  DETAILED PRINCIPLE: * This bottle warmer allows to heat a liquid (for example: milk, growth milk, chocolate milk ...) to a warm temperature (32/39), and to maintain it at this temperature until that the child uses. The milk will remain sterilized until the operculum is pierced.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HEATER BIBERON:

  The objective is the temperature setting of a bottle of the trade whose shape and the capacity are determined by the manufacturers.

  The heating walls (4) are applied by foam seals or springs on the bottle to ensure the temperature and conservation thereof. See detail 4 of figure 1.

  A programming and thermostat device is an integral part of the bottle warmer.

  A support pin (5) of the bottle in metal or PVC is used to support the baby bottle at altitude or not depending on the different packagings. See detail 5 of figure 1 and figure 2.

  DESCRIPTION OF THE OPENING PERCE PERFECT AND OPERATION: The operculum (10) is a semi-rigid plastic disk, round in shape, and of diameter corresponding to a pacifier and its clamping screw.

  This disc is cut into recessed quarters (13) and the branches (12) are provided with rigid plastic tips. These tips will allow to pierce the operculum freshness and recessed parts (13) will let the liquid of the bottle circulate freely. See Figure 3.

  The parents put the operculum (10) between the bottle and the screw ring of the nipple.

  The face of the operculum equipped with points will be positioned against the freshness of the bottle.

  Then they introduce the bottle into the bottle warmer taking care to thread the tip (6) of the opener at the center of the heaterebiberon (see detail 6 of Figure 1), in the pacifier.

  Finally they lift the ergonomic handle (2), which will arm the piercing device of the lid and condemns the seizure of the bottle.

  When the bottle is warm and only then, the child can lower the handle (2).

  This mechanism, in a first step, releases the operculum (10). The vertical force exerted by the piercing-operculum rod (6) will deform the floppy disk operculum and thus pierce the operculum freshness.

  In a second step, this mechanism removes the operculum stem from the pacifier.

  The child can then grab his hot and open bottle. See Figure 4 The arming and disarming of the spring (7) for piercing the lid is made by a set of toothed toothed wheels (8) as needed and two toothed racks (9). See Figure 5.

  The piercing operculum is secured to its support sleeve during the relaxation of the spring.

  After piercing the opercula freshness the stem goes back avoiding any element dangerous for the child.

  The position of the handle condemns the seizure of the bottle if it is not hot or if the lid is not pierced. The handle is locked by a thermostat.

  When the lever (2) is in position II, the driving rod (6) of the opener borer will be released, thanks to its spring (7) that it will come to strike the disk break-operculum (10), which will deform and thanks to these points, perforate the operculum freshness.

  When the lever (2) is in position III, the piercing stem (6) has been retracted into the bottle warmer, and the child will be able to grab his bottle.   This mechanism is controlled by a programmer and a thermostat.

  This mechanism is provided by a spring (7) embedded in a piston, two notched wheels (8) and two racks (9) of metal or plastic. Its rearming reuses the same notched and toothless wheels (8) partially to ensure its proper operation. See Figure 5.
