Abstract

The device has three support points with oval shape centralizing a guide wire and a vine shoot. An opening (2) is provided with protuberances (3) from each side for passing the wire and an extended shoot of an elastic arm (5). The arm (5) is used for manipulation of the shoot and is curved along the wire at its end maintained by the protuberances on the wire for locking an assembly of notches so as to prevent the displacement of the device. The device is manufactured in degradable, biodegradable and bio-fragmentable plastic material.

Description

The present invention relates to a fastener for holding in place the

  stem of a plant parallel to a stretched wire also called guardian thread.

  In the trellis system linked to the cultivation of the vine, the vines are arranged in rows and the twigs of the newly pruned vines are fixed on wires stretched between stakes. According to the appellations of controlled origin, each vine is driven in a very precise way. Our invention therefore concerns a rigorous management of the vines. This cultural way corresponds to regulated figures according to the orientation of the twigs also called branches in relation to the thread guardian. Our device according to the invention applies to the size of the vineyard called GUYOT SINGLE that is to say that the newly trimmed branch will be fixed parallel to the tutor wire.

  The systems used up to now, for the attachment of vines said simple guyot, are constituted in the set of a small wire wrapped in paper or plastic set up, either with the help of a manual clamp, or using a clamp powered by an electrified mechanical system. The problem of this wire to bind is its pose. It is difficult to put in place: or not enough tight and it is undone, or too tight and we strangled the branch. In addition, for the electrified system, the clamp being heavy, it becomes very tiring after a while.

  The object of the present invention is to overcome all these drawbacks by means of a device forming a fastener easy to handle, light, extremely fast installation, integrally retained to the tutor wire by an arm forming a rocker for arque bouter all. - 2

  The invention therefore relates to an oval-shaped pallet-shaped fastener having three support points to stiffen the assembly and fix forcefully parallel to the tutor wire in the case of vines conducted according to the size called simple guyot.

  The device according to the invention is a palette, used to attach the vine, of oval shape to maintain in the middle the shoot and the guardian thread. An opening on a flat part of the oval of the pallet lets enter the middle and the thread guardian and forms at its ends the first and the second fulcrum. An arm formed in the extension of the oval is of a certain elasticity and resistance to arque bout all along the tutor wire while serving for its handling and is the third fulcrum. On each side of the entrance, asperities are formed to reduce the risk of exit of the shoot and / or guard wire from the middle of our device. The end of the arm has a projection to keep the assembly parallel to the tutor wire and at the other end, under this arm, notches also maintain the tutor wire.

  The device according to the invention is made of degradable plastic material, biodegradable or bioframentable is of size that varies according to the size of the shoot to maintain. For a vine with high vegetation, the pallet must adapt in strength in width and size.

  Our fastener is of flat section to favor this degradation and especially to optimize the degradation related to the light. Our palette is also made in other sections to make it more resistant or more elastic. It is manufactured with visible or invisible breakthroughs - 3 to achieve its destruction even with the use of non-degradable material. Our pallet of fixing is so easy to handle that one can foresee the manufacture in matter giving him the possibility to recover it for the following years and even to give him colors by year of manufacture to facilitate its traceability. Our device can be simply cut by the pruning shears when pruning and thus be made of plastic material to reduce its cost.

  The device according to the invention comprises an arm used for the bonder, but in some variants, it is replaced by a simple hook which will come clipping on the stake thread forming the third support point.

  Other features and advantages will become apparent from the description which follows, given solely by way of nonlimiting example, as to the form and with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: FIG. 1 is an elevational view of the pallet crowded fixation on the stake wire with the branch inside.

  The fixing pallet is implemented as follows: The oval-shaped body (1) forms the part that will receive the shoot and the stake thread by passing it through the opening (2).

  The elastic arm (5) is used for the handling of the wafer and its attachment to the butt arch on the wire. - 4 -

  The prominences (4) prevent the wafer from moving laterally maintained therein in the portion (6) which is provided with small notches.

  The prominences (3) also retain the branch and the holding wire.

  The method of attachment thus formed according to the embodiment described above is simple and effective since it suffices to present the plate perpendicularly to the stake and the branch wire, to get them inside and to fold the wafer parallel to the tutor wire so that the whole is solidary. The fixing package is locked when the end of the arm is arched butt to pass the portion (4) under the tutor wire.

  This device fixes the branch parallel to the guard wire 15 thanks to the three support points: A under the guard wire, B on the guard wire, C under the guard wire.

  1 - A pallet device for attaching a shoot to a stake wire characterized by the fact that it is geometric to use three support points (A, B & C oval centralizing the stake and the shoot branch ( 1), having an entrance (2) with prominences (3) on each side to pass the tutor wire and the extended branch of a resilient arm and firm (5) for its manipulation and arching butting the along the guard wire and at its end held by protuberances (4) on the guard wire to lock the assembly having notches (6) to prevent the pallet from moving on itself.   2 - The device according to claim 1 characterized by its manufacture of degradable plastic material, biodegradable or biofragmentable and adapts to all sizes of shoot, flat section to promote degradation related to light or section to give it more than resistant or more elasticity.   3 - The device according to any one of the preceding claims characterized in that its implementation allows the recovery of pallets at the end of the season to put them in place in future years and to color them to ensure the traceability of years of manufacture or even that its realization, allows a removal by destruction in the manufacturer with visible or invisible break primers or to manufacture it with re-use materials to lower its cost and allow its removal by shearing.
