  It is constituted by a rectangular frame 1 fixing in sheaths 2 sealed in the ground 3 on which are fixed transverse bars 4 at the top and bottom of the frame.

  Several devices are possible.

  The first device consists of vertical bars 5 screwed on the horizontal bars 4 and adjustable in the width direction by a sliding system on the transverse bars 4.

  Spherical caps 6 are fixed on the vertical bars 5 and are adjustable on the vertical support 5 in the direction of the height by a sliding system. 10

  The second device consists of juxtaposed plates (A 'B' C ') having pressed spherical caps 6, these plates being fixed on the transverse bars 4.

  The third device consists of round tubes 8 placed vertically and fixed at the top and bottom of the transverse bars 4 in one half of the frame and round tubes 8 placed horizontally and fixed on the uprights 9 in the other half of the frame 1.

  In the three devices described, the ground fixing of the transverse bar 4 is obtained by welded tabs 7 at several points on said bar, a pile 10 being screwed onto each leg 7, to be driven into the ground 3.

  In conclusion, the device for returning balloons in all directions comprises a rectangular frame fixed to the ground on which can be placed the elements described in the various paragraphs above.

  Various materials can be used for the manufacture of this device: wood, iron, aluminum, thick plate, composite.
