  The present invention relates to a storage device for audio, video, computer data carriers (CD, DVD, diskette), modularly unitary, consisting of individual storage elements nestable to each other.

  The storage of these boxes is traditionally made by stacking boxes 5 which make difficult their seizures, or are also stored in racks or furniture, which are never adapted to the amount of boxes to store, are not aesthetic, and not allow no modularity.

  The modularity of the invention is made from individual storage elements assembled together by simple insertion (see boards 1/6, 2/6 and 3/6).

  The casing is allowed thanks to pieces on one of the faces of the individual element (see plate 1/6, fig.2), and which fit in housings located on the opposite face of the individual element (see plate 1/6, fig.l).

  The diversity of the different positions of the dwellings (see plates 2/6, fig.3 and 3/6 fig.7), receiving the pieces, allow the creation of a set of storage with varied geometrical shapes (see plates 4/6, 5/6 and 6/6).

  The storage elements thus constituted become objects of art integrated in the room where they are, thanks to the interaction of the following factors: Variety of the shapes and colors of the individual elements Variety of the realized forms of the assembly of the individual elements with each other thanks to the different possibilities of interlocking (see plate 4/5, 5/6, 6/6). The accompanying drawings illustrate the invention: Plate 1/6; fig.l and 2, represents the individual element view 3D, above and below. Plate 2/6; fig.3,4,5,6 represents the individual element in industrial design according to 4 views. Plate 3/6; Fig. 7 represents the different dwellings receiving the 4 lugging counters of the individual element in industrial design, quoted, for the important elements. Plate 4/6; Fig 8 shows in 3D view, a simple assembly in spiral form, consisting of a multitude of individual elements.

  Boards 5/6 and 6/6 represent different housing positions, in industrial design, presented separately and the associated geometric shape in 3 dimensions.

  By way of non-limiting example, the outer and inner shape of the individual element considered is of square shape, suitable for the storage of audio support boxes of diameter 12 cm (CD).

  As an example and not limiting, the external dimension, interior, number, size, shape, position, housing and pawns, are described in the boards 2/6 and 3/6. For information, the materials and colors of the individual elements are non-limiting. By way of example, the individual box has been designed for an embodiment in injected plastic material. By way of non-limiting example, the standardization of the size, the quantity and the position of the pins and the housings on the different variants of individual boxes intended for the various data carriers of the CD, DVD or diskette type allows the mix of these on the same set of storage (CD and DVD box on the same storage unit).

  The invention is particularly intended for the storage of all types of boxes for 10 audio, video and computer for 12 cm diameter CD and DVD standard discs.

Claims (6)

- Claims   1) Storage device for audio, video, computer data storage boxes, unitarily modular from individual storage elements assembled to each other by interlocking, becoming an assembly with varied geometric shapes.   2) Device according to claim 1, characterized and consisting of individual form of storage elements adapted to the data holding cases, to store 5 (see plate 1/6 Figs 1 and 2).   3) Device according to the preceding claims, characterized by the modularity, achieved by the assembly of individual boxes, to each other by simple nesting, thanks to the female housings and pins, being on the faces of the individual boxes (see plates 1 / 6, 2/6 and 3/6). 10 4) Device according to the preceding claims, characterized by the different female housings that allow assemblies with various geometric shapes (see plates 4/6, 5/6 and 6/6).   5) Device according to the preceding claims, characterized by geometric shapes and various colors, individual boxes. 15 6) Device according to the preceding claims, characterized by the standardization of the size, quantity and position of the pins and housings, on the different variants of individual boxes for different data carriers of CD, DVD, diskette type, that allows the mix of these on the same set of storage (CD and DVD box on the same storage unit). 20
