Abstract

The device has two flaps (A, B) in which one flap (A) is folded on another flap (B). The former flap (A) has pins (3, 4) which are clipped on cavities (1, 7) of the latter flap (B). The device is provided as cases that are made up of a transparent plastic material. Each case encapsulates a paper strip on which a message is printed. The cases are disposed in coffee stirrer loaders so as to be distributed by the loaders.
