Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de conditionnement en poche souple de produit liquide ou semi liquide, alimentaire ou autre, aseptique ou non, caractérisé par le fait que :- on conçoit en continu une bande (1) d'au moins une rangée (1A, 1B, 1C, 1D) de poches souples (2) par superposition et soudure d'au moins deux films (3, 4) en matériau synthétique adapté ;- par des opérations successives de poinçonnage et soudure à espace régulier, on pourvoit au préalable l'un (3) de ces films (3, 4) d'une bonde (6) pour le remplissage et la réception ultérieure d'un obturateur (12) ;- on emballe ladite bande (1) de poches souples (2) ainsi conçue dans une caisse étanche de transport (8) adaptée.L'invention concerne encore une installation et un ensemble bonde-robinet de distribution pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé.The invention relates to a flexible bag packaging method of liquid or semi-liquid product, food or other, aseptic or not, characterized in that: - one continuously designs a strip (1) of at least one row (1A , 1B, 1C, 1D) of flexible bags (2) by superposition and welding of at least two films (3, 4) of suitable synthetic material; - by successive operations of punching and soldering with a regular space, provision is made beforehand one (3) of these films (3, 4) of a plug (6) for filling and subsequently receiving a shutter (12); - said strip (1) of flexible bags (2) is packaged thus conceived in a sealed transport case (8) adapted. The invention also relates to an installation and a valve-dispensing valve assembly for carrying out the method.
