  FIELD OF THE DISCLOSURE The field of the invention is that of blinds, especially for motor vehicles, such as cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, buses, etc.

  More specifically, the invention relates to removable curtain blinds, intended to be deployed to obscure a surface having non-parallel edges, and for example a curved edge.

  2. Solutions of the Prior Art Conventionally, a roller blind has a web, or curtain, forming a screen, in the deployed position, in front of a glazed surface. The fabric is likely to be unwound or wound through a slot formed for example in the interior lining or the rear shelf of a vehicle, or in a housing secured to the vehicle.

  One of the ends of the fabric is mounted on a roller, or roller tube, movable in rotation. The other end of the fabric is secured to a draw bar.

  In the deployed position, the fabric is essentially unwound from the winding tube, and the pull bar is fixed or hooked to the opposite edge of the bay, for example at the top of the glass surface, in the vicinity of the flag, for a door awning.

  This system is however not perfectly suitable for glazed surfaces whose upper part has a curved appearance defined by the vehicle design, or more generally a non-parallel direction with the roller tube.

  Indeed, the motor vehicle blinds comprise a rectilinear pull bar. The latter does not marry the curved shape of the top of the glass surface. It can not be completely obscured, as illustrated in Figure 1. It is found that the upper space 11 is not hidden.

  One could consider making a pull bar having instead a curved shape identical to that of the top of the glass surface. The closed awning could then completely obscure the glass surface, including the upper portion. However, this solution would have disadvantages when the blind is folded. The pull bar, in fact, would not marry the shape of the interior liner, as illustrated schematically in Figure 2. The draw bar 21 does not then penetrate fully inside the slot passage 22, also called slot of circulation. This is obviously unacceptable both for aesthetic reasons and to prevent dust and small objects from entering the traffic slot, which could block or damage the entire mechanism.

  Other solutions making it possible on the one hand to conceal a glazed surface when the blind is closed and on the other hand to conceal the slot through which the fabric travels when the blind is folded are conceivable, but they are generally complex and expensive. .

  3. OBJECTIVES OF THE INVENTION The object of the invention is notably to overcome these disadvantages of the prior art.

  More specifically, a first object of the invention is to provide a blind effectively obscuring the distal portion of the bay or glass surface, when the fabric is deployed, even if the edges of this glazed surface are curved. The distal portion, or end portion, of the glass surface is that which is remote from the roller tube. The proximal part is the one that is close to this tube.

  Another object of the invention is to provide such a blind to cover completely the slot passage when the blind is folded.

  According to the invention, said rigid occlusion surface can take at least two positions: an occultation position, substantially parallel to the occultation plane defined by said occulting cloth, and substantially in the extension of said occulting cloth when the latter is deployed; a rest position, substantially perpendicular to said occultation plane, in which it overlaps a slit of circulation of said fabric formed in a housing or in the interior lining of said vehicle, when said shade cloth is in the folded position.

  Thus, the invention is based on a new and inventive approach to draw bars, which provides a dual function (classic draw, and new, occultation). Indeed, the occultation of the bay is obtained by the combination of the canvas (classic in itself) and the draw bar. This forms a rigid occultation surface, which allows the concave slit to be concealed when the blind is folded, and the occultation of the terminal portion of the surface to be concealed when the blind is deployed, and this, unlike to the technique of the aforementioned prior art, without expensive system and complex.

  The rigid occultation surface is made to coincide with the curved end portion of the surface to be obscured. The length of the pull bar is substantially equal to the length of the slot, so that the pull bar completely closes the latter.

  According to an advantageous aspect of the invention, said rigid occlusion surface passes from said occultation position to said rest position, and vice versa, by a rotation about a connecting axis of said pull bar to said fabric.

  Preferably, said connecting axis is offset relative to said rigid occlusion surface, so as to facilitate the passage of one of said positions to the other.

  Advantageously, said rigid occlusion surface has at least one curved edge, substantially coinciding, in the occultation position, with an edge of said surface to be concealed.

  Preferably, said draw bar carries at least one gripping lug, rotatable relative to said rigid occlusion surface, and bearing against it in said rest position and in said occultation position, when it is not used.

  According to an advantageous embodiment, said occulting cloth and said rigid occlusion surface have a similar occulting power.

  6. DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The general principle of the invention is therefore based on the production of a draw bar forming or comprising a rigid occlusion surface, integral with the occulting and movable fabric. , for example in rotation relative thereto.

  Thus, the rigid occlusion surface can move from a first position (when the blind is folded) to a second position (when the blind is deployed), and vice versa. In the first position, said rest position, the rigid occlusion surface closes the passage slot through which the fabric travels, and matches a profile defined by the interior trim of the vehicle (in the vicinity of the slot). In the second position, called the occultation position, the rigid occlusion surface covers the end portion of the glazed surface to be obscured, and is therefore substantially in the same plane as the deployed fabric.

  For the sake of simplification of the description, it is limited, throughout the rest of this document, to describe the particular case of a glazed surface whose top has a curved appearance.   This blind consists of a fabric 32, a winding tube 41, and a draw bar 33. The draw bar 33, according to the invention, has a curved rigid surface 34 substantially coinciding with an end portion 31 of a glass surface 30, and carries a pull tab 36, or gripping tab, whose profile substantially matches that of the draw bar 33. The radial and longitudinal profile of the pull bar 33 is defined so as to obscure integrally a slot 42 passage, and to marry the shape of the interior trim of the vehicle.

  One end of the fabric 32 is secured to the winding tube 41 while the other is secured to the draw bar 33 at a point, called attachment point 43.

  The fixing point 43 is substantially offset from the center of the draw bar 33, thus enabling the angular movements of the rigid surface 34 to be controlled with respect to the fabric 32.

  When deploying or folding the fabric 32, the pull tab 36 takes a position, called gripping position, illustrated in Figure 4A. The pull tab 36 then forms a non-zero angle with the draw bar 33.

  It will also be noted that the securing point 45 (of the pull tab) is offset relative to the fastening point 43 (of the fabric), on the one hand, to cause the rotation of the pull bar 33 in the directions of predetermined rotation, and secondly, to maintain the latter substantially parallel to the plane of the canvas 32, until the draw bar 33 is hooked on the interior trim of the vehicle, in the vicinity of the distal portion 31 of the glass surface 30.

  The blind for a motor vehicle, as proposed by the invention, has many advantages, and in particular: better sealing of a glazed surface having a curved edge, an improvement in the service life of the blind mechanism. Indeed, the invention allows to completely cover the slot passage, so that no small object can enter the latter, when the blind is folded; an aesthetic improvement of the passenger compartment of the vehicle.

  Those skilled in the art can imagine many variants of the embodiment of the invention presented above.

  One can for example consider that the blind is not winding, but folding (folding the web following preformed folds), or other.
