Abstract

The device has a traction spring (iii) made up of galvanized steel, stainless steel or brass alloy. The traction spring has an end fixed on a slate (i) by hooking itself on the slate after a batten (ii) and slate (iv) are accommodated in another end of the spring. The spring has a curved shape such that it exerts traction on a lower end of the slate (i).

Description

The present invention relates to a device for maintaining slate-like tiles and flat tiles during storms and cyclones.
My invention brings a complement that has not been mentioned on the French patent n [deg] 2838144 on the fixing of flat tiles. Currently the slate hook is used to delineate the slate's lap lengths to rise and move during a gust of wind making heavy damage to the roofs.
The device according to the invention makes it possible to remedy these problems. The invention relates to a device for maintaining a slate (I) in place on the batten (II), characterized in that comprises a spring (III) traction that goes. to fix itself on the slate by hooking up after the batten (II) and 1 slate (IV) will be lodged in the other end of the spring (III).
The curve of the spring allows a traction on the lower end of the tile by pressing it on the lower tiles which prevents the wind from catching and holding with this spring pressure on the tile The accompanying figures illustrate the invention: Figure reference A: represents the spring with its curve allowing the fixing of the slate on the battens Figure reference B: representing the spring to be nailed between the chevron and the battens (shown in section)
