Abstract

Ce dispositif d'administration de principe actif permet de surveiller de façon simple la quantité de principe actif administré. Pour atteindre ce but, il est prévu un dispositif de sécurité (15) comprenant un modèle du profil du patient (16), permettant d'extrapoler, à partir des valeurs précédentes et actuelles de dosage du principe actif, une concentration future (17) en principe actif, qui arrête l'unité de dosage (10) en principe actif lorsque la concentration en principe actif (17) extrapolée dépasse une valeur limite (14) prédéterminée.
