Abstract

The apparatus has a base which permits the connection to a sector and contains a primary electronics for recharging storage batteries. A main body (B) has a storage battery recharging electronics, an electric motor (3) with its gear train, start-stop button (5) and a safety button (6). A detachable abrasive cartridge (C) is formed of an expansive drive pulley (10) integrated with a rotating gear (13).

Description

The present invention relates to a small rechargeable electric appliance,

  mainly for dermatological use, which makes it possible to sand the callosities that form in particular at the heels, thanks to abrasive ribbons of different grains or in any other case where sanding proves necessary.

  The sanding of these hardnesses is carried out traditionally with manual rasps, kinds of small drills equipped with grinding wheels or with the aid of instruments using razor blades (see the patent references EP 0 381 962 A1 and FR 95 00171 ). In use, these devices are impractical and sometimes dangerous.

  The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It comprises, according to a first feature, a removable cartridge, equipped with an abrasive tape which is inserted on the main body, sealed, containing the mechanical and electronic parts, by which the abrasive tape can rotate.

  The removable abrasive cartridge consists of the following parts: - An expansive drive pulley made of rubber or any other material that makes it possible to tension the abrasive tape and prevent it from slipping.

  - A slightly rounded secondary pulley that stabilizes the ribbon laterally.

  - An abrasive tape with a variable grain depending on the intended use.

  - Slides that allow the alignment of the cartridge during its insertion and the maintenance thereof in its position on the main body.

  - A locking pawl of the cartridge which makes it integral with the main body.

  The four appended figures illustrate the invention: FIG. 1 represents the three parts which constitute the apparatus.

  Figures 2 and 3 show views in transparency of the main body and the cartridge.

  Figure 4 shows a view of the abrasive cartridge alone.

  With reference to these figures, the apparatus comprises: A base (A) which allows connection to the mains and contains the primary electronics for recharging the accumulators.

  A main body (B) consisting of: Induction accumulator charging electronics (1).

  The electric motor (3) which can be equipped with an electronic speed variator.

  The gear train (4), making it possible to obtain a slow running speed of the abrasive ribbon.

  The safety switch (6) for stopping the device when the cartridge is extracted.

  The release button of the cartridge (7) allows its extraction by pressing a spring lug (14) mounted on the cartridge.

  The alignment slides of the cartridge (9).

The on - off button (5).

  The seal (8) sealing the output of the axis of the gear train.

  The abrasive cartridge (C), heart of the invention, can be made of different materials. It is composed of an expansive drive pulley (10) made of rubber or any other material. This expansive pulley (10), with the aid of the pulley (12) makes it possible to tension and prevent the abrasive belt (11) from slipping. This expansive pulley (10) is integral with a gear (13) which rotates it with the gear train contained in the main body.

  The secondary pulley (12) is slightly curved to prevent lateral translation of the abrasive tape (II). This secondary pulley (12) is rotated by the displacement of the abrasive tape (II).

  Slides (9) located on either side of the cartridge allow the alignment and maintenance of the latter in position on the main body (B). A spring lug (14) locks the cartridge. The button (7) allows to unlock for extraction. An abrasive tape (11) of different grains, made of a material resistant to water, may for some uses have different structures. According to one variant, the cartridge may be equipped with a ribbon enabling a massage function.

  For the abrasive cartridge, still by way of non-limiting example, the cartridge will have a height of about 6.0 cm, a width of 4.5 cm and a thickness of 2.5 cm.

  As a non-limiting example, the total height of the apparatus on its base will be of the order of 20 cm, the width of the main body will be about 6 cm and its thickness of about 2.5 cm.

  The device according to the invention is particularly intended for dermatological use for sanding the calluses of the epidermis.

Claims (10)

CLAIM   1- Waterproof and rechargeable electrical apparatus for mainly dermatological use which makes it possible to sand the callosities which are formed especially at the level of tallons thanks to abrasive ribbons of different structures. This apparatus is characterized by a base (A), a main body (B) and an abrasive cartridge (C).   2- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized by the base (A) which allows the connection to the sector and which contains the induction charging electronics.   3- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized by the main body (B) consisting of the charging electronics induction accumulators (1), accumulators (2), the electric motor (3), a train of gears (4), to obtain a slow speed of the abrasive tape, a safety switch (6) for stopping the device when the cartridge is extracted, a cartridge release button (7) which allows its extraction by pressing a spring pin (14) mounted on the cartridge, as well as alignment rails of the cartridge (9), an on-off button (5) and a seal (8) which seals the output of the axis of the gear train.   4- Apparatus according to claim 1, characterized by the abrasive cartridge (C) which allows sanding, it is characterized in that it consists of a drive pulley (10), a tension pulley (12). ), a gear (13), an abrasive tape (11), alignment rails (9) and a spring lock pin (14).   5. Apparatus according to claim 4, characterized by the abrasive tape (II) of different grains, consisting of a water resistant material which may have different structures according to the intended uses.   6. Apparatus according to claim 4, characterized by the expansive drive pulley (10), made for example of rubber, this pulley (10) allows, thanks to the pulley (12) to tension and prevent the abrasive belt ( 11) to skate, it is secured to a gear (13).   7- Apparatus according to claim 4 or claim 5, characterized by a gear (13) which rotates the pulley (10) with the gear train contained in the main body.   8- Apparatus according to any preceding claim characterized by the secondary pulley (12) which is slightly curved to prevent the lateral translation of the abrasive tape (11), the secondary pulley (12) is rotated by the movement of the tape abrasive (11).   9- Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims characterized by slides (9) located on either side of the cartridge which allow the alignment and maintenance of the cartridge in position on the main body (B).   10- Apparatus according to any one of the preceding claims characterized by a spring lug (14) which blocks the cartridge.
