Abstract

The staircase has a base structure made of standard units such as 8 spacer pillars (5) with double tongue, and three caissons (10) comprising steps (7), where two of the caissons are identical. The structure of the staircase rests on a base plate (1) forming the base of the staircase and the first step (4) is attached on the plate. The plate has four casters with brake to respond to specific applications.

Description

The present invention relates to temporary worksite stairs

  used in particular by building professionals to gain security access, indoors or outdoors, to the different levels of a building or pavilion during the construction or renovation work.

  This invention can be applied to either spiral staircases or straight staircases, the proposed embodiment also allows to associate a fly or a half-spiral flight with a fly or a half right fly according to the constraints of implementation.

  Construction stairs have been developed, but they do not have the same characteristics of stability, ease of handling and assembly, adaptability to different installation configurations.

  The particular design and the lightness of this material allow on the one hand a remarkable simplicity of manufacture and on the other hand a progressive installation by a single editor.

  During assembly operations of a fly or a half fly, the stability of the various elements is obtained from the installation of a new element which can be immediately used to continue the construction of the staircase.

  The invention will be better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings in which: Figure 1 shows the general device according to the invention associated with the various accessories completing the staircase itself to give stability and security for the editor and users.

  Figure 2 is a view in which the constituent elements of the base module have been voluntarily separated from each other so as to show the details of the different interlockings.

  Figure 3 shows the different accessories, short ladder, high ladder and railing.

  The base (1) made of mechanically welded tube has four braced legs, it is the base of the staircase resting on the ground, two short sections of tubular element (2) are fixed on the vertical feet of the same face, they allow to house the legs (3) for fixing the first step (4).

  In the case of specific applications (for example in warehouses) the lower part of the four legs of the base (4) can advantageously be equipped with four wheels (19) with brake so as to allow the movement of the staircase without have to perform a complete disassembly, obviously in this case the short scale (14) will also be equipped with 2 wheels.

  2868451 2 At the top of the four vertical legs of the base (1) are the female housings in which are positioned the four pillars spacer (5) double interlocking male.

  On these four pillars strut comes to fit the box (6) reversible with the second and third step. These steps (7) are composed of a corrugated plate (8) bordered by a flat iron (9) constituting the stair nosing and the walking back, thus giving this step greater rigidity while respecting the notion of reversibility characteristic of this realization.

  When the reversible box (6) has been positioned, four new spacer pillars (5) are nested in the upper female housings, this being done the following box (10) having the fourth step (11) is placed on the four pillars spacer (5) already in place, it should be noted that this box (10) unlike the reversible box (6) has female sockets at its lower part and male interlockings at its upper part which excludes any risk of error in the assembly .

  The last element of a module is constituted by the box (6) already described but inverted this time to obtain the fifth and sixth step of the basic module. The first basic module being fully mounted a high scale (12) is fitted into the upper female housing of the reversible box.

  The implementation of the second basic module is done in the same way.

  The intermediate bearing (13) or the reversible box (6) are installed on the spacer pillars (5), two spacer pillars are fitted into the two female lower housings of the reversible box (6) fit on the two braced pillars, the other two lower female housings receive the male interlocking ends of the short scale (14).

  This short scale (14) has two adjustable feet to overcome any uneven soil.

  Snap-in guardrails (15) locked by secure pins (16) make it possible both to stiffen the structure and to prevent possible falls of the users of the staircase.

Claims (9)

  1) Modular construction staircase intended to be used temporarily during the construction or renovation work, characterized in that it comprises a basic structure composed of standard elements: 8 pillars spacer double male interlocking and three boxes having the 5 steps, two of these boxes being identical.   2) Staircase according to claim 1 characterized in that the structure rests on a base forming the base of the staircase and on this base is hooked the first step.   3) Staircase according to claim 2 characterized in that the base is equipped with four wheels with brake so as to meet specific applications, and in that the staircase further comprises a short scale also equipped with wheels.   4) Staircase according to claim 3 characterized in that the base receives four pillars spacer double male interlocking to support the reversible caisson constituting the second and third steps 5) Staircase according to claim 4 characterized in that the reversible box receives again at its upper part four pillars spacer.   6) Device according to claim 5 characterized in that the box comprising the fourth step is provided with four female sockets at its lower part 20 and four male interlockings at its upper part.   7) Staircase according to claim 6 characterized in that the reversible box constituting the second and third step is reversed to form the fifth and sixth step.   8) Staircase according to claim 7 characterized in that the different steps 25 are made of a corrugated sheet bordered by a flat iron forming the nose and the rear of the step, this feature to obtain reversibility.   9) Staircase according to claim 8 characterized in that the base module can be associated with one or more basic modules to form a building stairs of different heights, accessories such as railings, ladders coming to stiffen and stabilize the assembly.
