Abstract

La présente invention se rapporte à un bras espaceur moléculaire, à un procédé de fixation d'une unité moléculaire à un support solide, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation de ce bras espaceur sur des puces d'analyse à molécules ou biomolécules. Le bras espaceur est de formule (I) :dans laquelle X0, X4 = C, O, S, Se, N, P, As ; X1-3 = C, O, N, S, Se, P, As, ou aryle, hétéroaryle en C1-6 ; Z1-2 = C-R, Si-R, N, P et As, où R = alkyle en C1-6 ; R1-3 = H, ou alkyle, aryle, hétéroaryle en C1-6 ; [Gp] = groupement protecteur de >N ; n, m et n = nombres entiers ≥ 1 ; [Sup] = H ou un support solide silanisé ; et [mo] = H ou une unité moléculaire destinée à être fixée de manière covalente par l'intermédiaire dudit bras espaceur sur ledit support solide silanisé.
