Abstract

  The invention relates to the field of telephone accessories. More specifically, the invention relates to a mobile phone carrying device, designated subsequently by radio-telephone.

  The principle of radio-telephones is by definition to be mobile. In other words, these phones are likely to be transported in any place and under any circumstances by the person who holds it.

  The radio-phone holder therefore transports the latter so as to be able to dispose of it quickly and easily.

  Commonly, the radio-phone is stored in a bag (purse, backpack, ...) or introduced into a pocket of clothing.

  However, the establishment and withdrawal of such an elastic ring is relatively tedious, especially depending on the dimensions of the devices.

  The invention also aims to provide such a device that can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.

  Another object of the invention is to provide such a device which is simple in design and easy to implement.

  These objectives, as well as others which will appear later, are achieved thanks to the invention which relates to a collar-carrying device of a radio-telephone comprising a main carrying loop and an end portion for the hooking said radio-telephone, characterized in that said terminal portion has a receiving surface of a tacky material capable of securing said terminal portion to said radio telephone.

  Thus, the invention proposes a radio-telephone carrying device which makes it possible to present the telephone devices as a pendant, in a very practical way and with great freedom of movement.

  In addition, as will become clearer later, a telephone can be easily and quickly associated with the carrying device according to the invention.

  In addition, the device of the invention is compatible with any type of telephone, in particular with those comprising two pivoting elements such as those mentioned above.

  Moreover, the principle of the carrying device according to the invention allows to use it with all types of clothing.

  According to a preferred solution, said receiving surface is flat.

  The terminal portion thus formed is very simple in design, and can therefore be manufactured easily and inexpensively.

  Of course, other terminal parts designed specifically for particular telephone models may be envisaged according to other embodiments, including providing curved surfaces or the like.

  Note that current phones have at least one flat area for the establishment of the terminal part, the size of which is however to be judiciously expected to adapt to a large number of phones.

  According to an advantageous solution, said end portion carries a loop forming passage for means of direct or indirect connection with said main loop.

  Advantageously, said connecting means comprise a flexible cord coupled to a ring.

  According to a preferred embodiment, the device comprises an intermediate loop for connecting said connecting means with said main loop.

  Such an arrangement offers great flexibility during the installation and use of the device, in particular to proceed with the hooking or unhitching of the phone to the main loop, or only to the intermediate loop.

  In this case, said intermediate loop has a carabiner for receiving said ring of said connecting means.

  In this way, said connecting means can be hooked quickly and easily to the intermediate loop, or be separated therefrom.

  Advantageously, said intermediate loop carries a latching member intended to cooperate with a complementary member carried by said first loop.

  The main loop and the intermediate loop can thus also be associated or separated quickly and easily.

  Depending on the circumstances, the radio-telephone may be separated from the main collar loop by either unhooking the intermediate loop of the main loop, or by separating the end portion of the intermediate loop.

  Advantageously, said end portion is made of a plastic material. According to a preferred solution, said adhesive material is a double-sided sticker.

  Such a material will of course be chosen so that the tear resistance of the material glue is sufficient to reliably support the weight of a radio telephone.

  Moreover, such a double-sided adhesive material is very practical to apply before the first use of the device, and can also be replaced if necessary.

  Preferably, said main loop is a strap made of woven material.

  Such a material has the combination of the following advantages: lightness; resistance; washing ability.

  Other features and advantages of the invention will emerge more clearly on reading the following description of a preferred embodiment of the invention, given by way of illustrative and nonlimiting example, and the appended drawings among which: Figure 1 is a view of an end portion of a device according to the invention, secured to a radio telephone; Figure 2 is a view of the various constituent parts of a carrying device of a radio-telephone according to the invention.

  As already mentioned above, the principle of the invention consists in associating with a collar an end portion whose surface can be glued to a telephone.

  This is illustrated by Figure 1 which shows a radio-telephone on which is glued the end portion of a device according to the invention.

  As it appears, the end portion 1 of the device comprises a plastic part 11 having a flat face, a double-sided sticker 2 having been inserted between the flat face of this part 11 and the radio-telephone 3.

  The double-sided self-adhesive material is of known type, and is especially marketed by the company 3M (registered trademark).

  The material of the piece is a transparent plastic material, in this case ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene).

  According to the present embodiment, the face of the plastic part 11 opposite to that on which the double-sided sticker is attached, carries a handle 12.

  This handle 12 forms a passage for extending from the plastic part a cord 13 carrying a metal tip in which is mounted a ring 14.

  With reference to FIG. 2, this ring 14 is intended to be introduced into the carabiner 41 provided at one end of an intermediate loop 4.

  This intermediate loop carries at its other end a male detent member 42 intended to cooperate with the female latching member 51 of a loop, said main loop, intended to be carried as a collar.

  It is noted that the straps 43, 52 respectively loops 4 and 5, are made of a woven material.

Collar carrying device of a radio-telephone (3) comprising a main loop (5) portage and an end portion (1) for hooking said radio-telephone, characterized in that said terminal portion (1) ) has a receiving surface (11) of a tacky material (2) capable of securing said terminal portion to said radio telephone (3).   2. A carrying device according to claim 1, characterized in that said receiving surface (11) is flat.   3. A carrying device according to claim 3, characterized in that said connecting means (13) comprise a flexible cord coupled to a ring (14).   5. A carrying device according to one of claims 3 or 4, characterized in that it comprises an intermediate loop (4) for connecting said connecting means (13) with said main loop (5).   6. A carrying device according to claim 5, characterized in that said intermediate loop (4) has a carabiner (41) for receiving said ring (14) of said connecting means (13).   7. A carrying device according to one of claims 5 or 6, characterized in that said intermediate loop (4) carries a latching member (42) for cooperating with a complementary member (51) carried by said main loop ( 5).   8.
