Abstract
The bearing unit for a wheel hub of a vehicle has a stationary first annular element (1) with at least one first inner air passage (6), at least one rotatable second annular element (2a,2b) with at least one second radial inner air passage (7). An annular intermediate chamber (13) is located between the first and second elements. The second passage has a surface which is inclined forwards with regard to the direction of rotation to assist the flow of air from the intermediate chamber through the second air passage. - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for an air feed rotor for a bearing unit.
