Abstract

  The present invention finds application in the field of hangers for hanging clothes.

  More particularly, it relates to hangers having traditionally a hook connected to a central area of the back of a bar or collar extending substantially horizontally and intended to support a garment. If this type of hanger gives complete satisfaction for domestic use, it is not the same on an industrial scale.

  In fact, at the places of production or distribution, the clothes thus hung must be sorted and sent to storage places as quickly as possible.

  This is why these hangers on which are hung clothes are arranged on transport chains scrolling at a certain speed.

  It is understandable that in the course of transport, the weight of clothing, especially in turns, causes swaying hangers relative to each other, which causes clashes between them.

  It has been found that these clashes, which have the detrimental effect of destabilizing the hangers and therefore of bringing down the clothes on the ground, occur because the hangers and more particularly their hooks are of different shape and height according to the provenances, providers.

  Therefore, it is necessary at the present time to replace certain hangers, with a view to arranging them on automatic sorting installations with a view to their transit from one point to another, in order to make them compatible with this. kind of facilities.

  We understand very well that this kind of manipulation has the disadvantages of requiring some manpower, so a waste of time, IO but also implies the need to have available a type of hanger compatible with the installation of automatic sorting , in fact to the standards of it.

  The object of the present invention is to overcome all of these disadvantages, and relates for this purpose a hanger suspension element comprising a hook connected to a central zone of the back of a bar or collar extending substantially horizontally and intended to support a garment having to pass from one point to another in an automatic sorting installation, characterized in that it consists of a universal adapter support formed by a base plate extending at its upper part by a hook of standard shape and length, compatible with the sorting installation, and having on one of its faces a hooking point of any hanger or even standardized but if it is a rotating hook, whatever the shape and length of its hook.

  Thus, thanks to the adapter support according to the invention, it will be possible to have an automatic sorting system of any type of hanger, from different suppliers, which can integrate the sorting installation as it is without manipulation and without having to dispose of standard hangers or if they are rotating.

  The present invention also relates to the features which will emerge during the following description, which should be considered in isolation or in all their possible technical combinations.

  The element 1 generally designated in the figures is intended for the suspension of a hanger 2 of any type, therefore any type, comprising a hook 3, connected to a central zone 4 of the back of a bar 5 or a collar, extending substantially horizontally.

  The base plate 7 of the adapter support 6 further comprises a locking means 10 of the hook 3 of any hanger 2 located on the same face of said plate 7 carrying its hooking point 3, substantially at the lower level. of the latter, and at a distance making it able to cooperate with a lower straight vertical part 3a of the hook 3 of any hanger 2.
