Abstract

The device has a hook (1) with its upper part forming a clamp (11) intended to adapt the form of a lower lip (17) of a user in a manner to fix the hook by exerting small pressure on the lip. A lower part constitutes a closed zone (10) in which microphone (13) of hands free kit is fixed. The zone permits to fix the hook to an acoustic waveguide (12) of the kit, where surface of the hook is coated with silicone.

  The present invention relates to a device for attaching the microphone of a cellphone handsfree kit to the lower lip of its user to allow to establish a constant fixed distance between the mouth of the user and the microphone.

  The handsfree cell phone devices have a clip that attaches to clothing. The clip is used to position the free-hand kit, it can also be used to limit the movement of the microphone, but in no case neither stop them or to benefit from a fixed and constant distance between the mouth of the user and the microphone, which requires it in most situations in communication, either to hold the microphone, or to pay particular attention which is characterized by avoiding head movements too wide or too bright to ensure communication suitable with his correspondent.

  The device according to the invention overcomes these disadvantages. It has in fact according to a first feature, a hook having in its upper part an elbow provided with a curved branch, which allows to fix said hook to the lower lip of the user. In the lower part of the hook, a narrow elbow with a straight branch pinches the acoustic waveguide of a cellphone hands-free kit. Thus, when the user to perform respectively these two operations, he gets a constant distance between his mouth and the microphone, no longer has to pay close attention to his head movements, and no longer needs to hold the microphone using his hand to have a proper communication at any time.

  According to particular embodiments - the hook may be made of a spring-type flexible plastic wire part forming the complete articulation of the device.

  - The upper part is a central branch, an elbow, a curved branch forming a clamp that can articulate during installation.

  - The narrow bend, the right branch which extends the central branch of the lower part of the hook 10 may be provided to fix the device.

  - The right branch can receive an abutment pin, which is based on the central branch.

  - The lug can be surmounted by a tongue allowing the device to be taken on the one hand, and lever on the right branch on the other hand.

  - The device can receive a silicone-type overmoulding to prevent any incidents that may occur to the mouth of the user, because of the introduction of the hook, its frequency and its time of use.

  Figure 2 shows in section, a variant of this device.

  Figure 3 shows a block diagram of an example but not to limit the incorporation of a connection between the device, a hands-free kit and the lower lip of its user.

  With reference to these drawings, the device comprises a hook (1), whose upper part consists of the central branch (9), an elbow (2), a curved branch (3), forming a clamp ( 11) for 2859855 -3 marry the shape of the lower lip (17) of its user so as to attach the hook (1) by exerting a very slight pressure thereon.

  The lower part of the device in the extension of the central branch (9), has a narrow bend (4), a straight leg (5), a lug (6), constitute a closed zone (10) which allows to fix the hook (1), according to Figure 1 to the acoustic waveguide (12) of the free-hand kit (12, 13, 14, 15, 19).

  The lug (6) is extended by a tongue (7) which constitutes on the one hand the grip of the device, and on the other hand a lever which makes it possible to open the right leg (5), to fix the hook (1) to the acoustic waveguide (12).

  In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the lower part comprises a narrow bend (4), a straight branch (5), a lug (6), constitute a closed zone (10) intended to directly hook the microphone (13) of the hands free kit (12, 13, 14, 15, 19) in the case where it is used without acoustic waveguide (12).

  In the embodiment according to Figure 1 and Figure 2, the lug (6) abuts on the central branch (9).

  The device as a whole constitutes a succession of points (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9), articulated themselves and articulating together, this especially in the case where the hook (1) is made of resilient plastic material of the spring type.

  The device comprises on its entire surface a silicone-type coating (8), this especially in the case where an overmolding is performed on the flexible plastic wire which constitutes the hook (1), to prevent any heating, irritation , injuries, 2859855 -4- releases, which may be caused by the installation of it on the lower lip (17) of the user.

  By way of non-limiting example, the hook (1) will have dimensions of the order of 3 cm for the height, 1.2 cm for the width, and 0.16 cm for the thickness.

  The device according to the invention is particularly intended for the hands-free kit device for cellular telephone.

-5-CLAIMS   1) Device for fixing the microphone (13) of a hands free kit (12, 13, 14, 15, 19) for a cellular phone (18) to the mouth (16) of its user, characterized in that it comprises a hook (1) having two distinct parts, one forming an articulated clamp (11) which exerts a slight pressure on the lower lip (17) of the user to its fixation, the other forming a closed zone (10) which makes it possible to fix to it the free-hand kit (12, 13, 14, 15, 19).   2) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the central branch (9), the elbow (2), the curved branch (3) constitute the upper part of the hook (1) forming the articulated clamp (11).   3) Device according to claim 1 characterized in that the narrow bend (4), the right arm (5), the lug (6) which abuts against the central arm (9) constitute the lower part of the hook (1). ) forming a closed area (10).   4) Device according to claim 1 or claim 3 characterized in that the microphone (13) is fixed directly to the closed area (10).   5) Device according to claim 1 and claim 3 characterized in that the lug (6) and extended by a tongue (7) which constitutes a lever which allows to separate the lug (6) and the right leg ( 5) to clamp the acoustic waveguide (12) of the handsfree kit (12, 13, 14, 15, 19).   6) Device according to any one of claims characterized in that the hook (1) 30 comprises elements (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9) which can articulate in all directions, while resuming in their rest position their initial form.   7) Device according to any one of claims characterized in that the hook (1) has on its surface a specific coating (8) provided to allow to fix the hook (1) without causing damage to the mouth of the user .
