Abstract

Telephone according to the invention of the type including an earpiece 1 and a microphone 2 which are fixed either side of a central portion 3. It is characterised in that the earpiece 1 is prolonged laterally, in its upper portion, by an element 5 capable of resting behind the ear 6 of the user thereby ensuring the positioning and retention of the earpiece 1 opposite the pinna of the ear and the positioning and retention of the microphone 2 in the vicinity of the mouth 11 of the user.
