Abstract

Un échangeur de chaleur comprend plusieurs tubes empilés (131) à travers lesquels un réfrigérant provenant d'une pile à combustible (10) circule, des ailettes (132) disposées entre les tubes et au niveau des côtés les plus à l'extérieur dans un sens d'empilement des tubes, des plaques centrales (134) reliées aux parties d'extrémités longitudinales des tubes, et des éléments de réservoirs (110, 120) reliés aux plaques centrales pour former des espaces de réservoirs. Les tubes sont réalisés en un premier matériau isolant, et les ailettes et les plaques centrales sont reliées aux tubes en utilisant des parties métalliques disposées séparément les unes des autres sur les surfaces des tubes. En outre, une partie de revêtement (150) est déposée avec un second matériau isolant sur des surfaces des plaques centrales en au moins une position exposée des plaques centrales et en des positions autour de parties de brasage de la plaque centrale reliée aux tubes. En conséquence, l'échangeur de chaleur peut être isolé de la pile à combustible sans utiliser un liquide isolant électrique.
