Abstract
The tightener has a swiveling lever (2) with torsion bars (3b) and a free end including a pulley (9) rotatably mounted and supported against a traction unit. A fixed case (11) receives the lever through a hub (7), and a dampening unit (24b) is provided between the case and the hub. Each torsion bar has one end rotatbly connected to the lever and another free end rotatbly penetrating in a machine part (21).
