L'invention concerne un procédé de production in vitro, en condition de préférence monoxénique, de champignons mycorhiziens, de préférence de l'ordre des Glomales, en particulier du genre Glomus, à partir d'un inoculum constitué de mycorhizes et/ou de vésicules et/ou de spores et/ou de mycélium, de champignons mycorhiziens.Ce procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte au moins une étape de culture de l'inoculum sur un milieu nutritif en présence d'au moins un cal rhizogène issu d'au moins un végétal mycorhizogène.Application : substitut d'engrais chimique.
