Abstract
The invention relates to a method for communication by transmission of frames or packets of data, using at least one first and one second communication network, connected to each other by at least one interface or access point, the at least two networks accepting different maximum lengths or sizes of frames or packets. The method is characterised in generating at the point of access or each point of access (PA), an aggregation of frames (T1) for the messages transferring from the first network (PR) with a lower maximum frame size to the second network (SR) with a higher maximum frame size and a disaggregation of frames (T2) for the messages transferring from the second network (SR) with a higher maximum frame size (T2) to the first network (PR) with a lower maximum frame size, followed by a reconstitution of the frames (TI) having previously undergone an aggregation operation.
