Abstract

L'invention concerne le domaine des supports pour l'exposition de produits en vue de leur valorisation visuelle et de leur sélection facile.Et plus spécialement l'invention vise un ensemble pour la conformation de structures porteuses aptes à recevoir des pièces unitaires à l'état pâteux et notamment de nature alimentaire, tels que des produits de confiserie, ainsi exposées cote à cote selon une présentation volumique, caractérisé en ce que cet ensemble est constitué : a) d'une pluralité de plaquettes (2) pourvues de picots aptes à recevoir par embrochement les dites pièces pâteuses, ces plaquettes comportant sur une face constituant leur verso une inégalité de surface, notamment un alésage propre à permettre la fixation amovible de la plaquette sur un noeud de jonction soit directement soit par l'intermédiaire d'une tige de liaison, b) une pluralité de noeuds de jonction (1) pourvus de reliefs propres à permettre la solidarisation amovible de tels noeuds sur une dite plaquette soit directement soit par l'intermédiaire de tiges de liaison ; c) une pluralité de tiges de liaison (3) notamment tubulaires aptes à être emboîtées par une extrémité sur une plaquette et par une autre extrémité sur un noeud de jonction.Application à la conformation d'une structure modulable propre à recevoir et immobiliser des pièces de confiserie présentés selon une forme volumique, notamment conique en bouquet ou pièce montée .
