Abstract
The method involves modeling a set point position of an activating unit (10) as per a predefined value of output quantity of a driving unit of an internal combustion engine (1). The activating unit regulates a set point power of a turbo compressor (5). Mass flow of air and a set point supply pressure in an air supply (15) of the engine (1) are determined from the predefined value. An independent claim is also included for a device for management of an internal combustion engine.
