Abstract

The device has a box with a sandwich placed on a tongue that serves as a lever. The tongue covers an interior of the box from the back and descends up to bottom of the box to rise on opposite side forming a U-shape. A part of the s is projected out of box passing through a rectilinear and horizontal slit on the opposite side. The projected part is pulled upwards by user to raise the sandwich, while eating the sandwich.

Description

La présente invention comporte un dispositif permettant au consommateur de manger un sandwich proprement, et surtout sans que les mains soient en contact avec la nourriture.
En effet, le consommateur tient entre ses mains une boite dans laquelle est logée un sandwich (Fig. 1) et lequel est remonté par un système de levier incorporé à la boite (Fig.3) actionné par le consommateur au fur et à mesure qu'il s'alimente.
Il s'agit d'une boite (Fig. 1,8) adaptée à la taille du sandwich, à l'intérieur de laquelle on introduit une languette (collée sur la partie supérieure arrière, de l'intérieur) que l'on fait descendre au fond de la boite et remonter en la faisant passer par une fente faite sur le devant de la boite dans la partie supérieure avant (Fig.2,7).
On dépose le sandwich dans la boite sur cette languette qui remonte en forme de U (Fig.3).
L'extrémité de la languette qui sort de la fente sert de levier et, facilite la remontée du sandwich en tirant dessus (Fig.2).
Cette boite ainsi que la languette qui est insérée servent également de support publicitaire.
L'extrémité de la languette (partie sortante de la fente) comporte un coupon détachable qui fait office de carte de visite, ou de coupon-réponse etc...(Fig.3).
Il existe aussi un couvercle permettant la vente à emporter. Ce couvercle s'emboîte avec des clips sur la boite (Fig.5,6).
Le couvercle sert aussi de support publicitaire et aussi de barquette (Fig.4).
L'ensemble du dispositif vise à véhiculer des messages publicitaires pendant que le consommateur s'alimente sans se salir (les sauces et miettes tombent dans la boite) et de façon hygiénique puisqu'il n'y a pas de contact avec les doigts.The present invention includes a device allowing the consumer to eat a sandwich cleanly, and above all without the hands being in contact with the food.
Indeed, the consumer holds in his hands a box in which is housed a sandwich (Fig. 1) and which is raised by a lever system incorporated in the box (Fig. 3) actuated by the consumer as and when 'it eats.
It is a box (Fig. 1,8) adapted to the size of the sandwich, inside which we introduce a tongue (glued to the upper rear part, from the inside) that we make go down to the bottom of the box and go back up by passing it through a slit made on the front of the box in the upper front part (Fig.2,7).
We place the sandwich in the box on this tab which goes back in a U shape (Fig.3).
The end of the tongue that comes out of the slot serves as a lever and facilitates the ascent of the sandwich by pulling on it (Fig. 2).
This box and the tab that is inserted also serve as an advertising medium.
The end of the tab (outgoing part of the slot) has a detachable coupon which acts as a business card, or reply coupon etc ... (Fig.3).
There is also a cover for take-out. This cover fits with clips on the box (Fig. 5,6).
The cover also serves as an advertising medium and also as a tray (Fig. 4).
The entire device aims to convey advertising messages while the consumer is eating without getting dirty (the sauces and crumbs fall into the box) and hygienically since there is no contact with the fingers.

REVENDICATIONS

Dispositif permettant de manger proprement un sandwich c'est-à-dire sans apposer les mains sur la nourriture et ce en ce qu'il comporte une boite adaptée à la taille du sandwich (Fig.1,8) dans laquelle est introduite une languette servant de levier et dont l'extrémité externe est actionnée par le consommateur (Fig.2). 1. 3. Device according to claims 1 and 2 characterized by the tongue (Fig. 7) which lines the inside of the back of the box, descends into the bottom of the box to go up on the opposite face by forming a U (Fig. 3) and come out through a rectilinear and horizontal slot inserted on said face (Fig.2).

4. Device according to claims 1,2,3 characterized by the outer end of the tongue in that it is folded on the edge of the slot and is detachable (Fig. 3,7).
