Abstract
Brassage mécanique et aération forcée simultanés de boues de station d'épuration.L'invention concerne un dispositif automatique de brassage et d'aération d'un lit de boues déshydratées dans une aire de stockage.Il est constitué d'un pont roulant (1) supportant un chariot (2).Sont embarqués sur le chariot un ou plusieurs appareils de brassage et un compresseur d'air comprimé (6).Chaque appareil de brassage comprend 1 moteur (3), 1 arbre vertical (4) sur lequel sont fixées une vis (4) et des fraises (5), type motoculture.Le dispositif est principalement prévu pour brasser et aérer des boues de station d'épuration d'origine urbaines et/ou industrielles.
Description
La présente invention concerne un dispositif de retournement, de brassage
et
d'aération forcée de boues d'unité de traitement des eaux usées urbaines ou industrielles.
Ce dispositif est principalement utilisé pour retourner et aérer des boues déshydratées (siccité minimale de 15 %) stockées dans une aire de stockage spécifique.
Le dispositif comporte un pont roulant (1) permettant un déplacement longitudinal supportant un chariot (2) se déplaçant transversalement, de manière à couvrir l'ensemble de l'aire de stockage.
Le chariot (2) supporte deux appareils de retournement comportant chacun un motoréducteur ou un motovariateur (3), une vis verticale à arbre creux, équipé ou non de 10 fraises, type motoculture (5) Un compresseur air comprimé (6) insuffle de l'air par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre creux (4) de transmission en partie basse du lit de boues, afin de maintenir celles- ci en milieu aérobie. L'air est distribuée par des ouïes orientées en opposition du sens de rotation de l'arbre.
Le plan de principe annexé (plans n'1 et n02) illustre l'invention.
L'invention est principalement dédiée au retournement, au brassage et à l'aération de boues d'unité de traitement des eaux usées urbaines ou industrielles stockées dans une serre pour séchage. En outre, il permet de remonter la boue et de casser les éventuelles mottes.
Claims (5)
1) Dispositif de retournement, de brassage et d'aération des boues caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un ou plusieurs arbres verticaux (4) motorisés munis d'une vis (4) avec ou sans fraise, type motoculture (5), un compresseur air comprimé (6).
2) Dispositif selon la revendication NI1 caractérisé en ce que les boues sont brassées par l'action d'une vis fixée sur un arbre vertical creux motorisé.
3) Dispositif selon la revendication N0 1 caractérisé en ce que l'arbre vertical de brassage est équipé d'une vis (4) et de fraises (5) permettant de remonter la boue et de casser les éventuelles mottes.
4) Dispositif selon la revendication No 1 caractérisé en ce que la boue est aérée par 10 l'envoi d'air comprimé en partie basse du lit de stockage. La fourniture de l'air est assurée par un compresseur (6).
5) Dispositif selon la revendication N0 1 caractérisé en ce que le transfert d'air est réalisé par l'intermédiaire de l'arbre moteur creux(4) support de la vis (4) et distribuée par des ouïes orientées en opposition du sens de rotation de l'arbre.
