Abstract

The emergency kit (1) includes a case side (2) defining an envelope of the case, and at least one detachable compartment (3) fixed to the case by reception elements (4), formed by hook and loop fastening elements (5). The compartments include two corresponding hook and loop fastening bands on its sides that cooperate with the fastening elements on the case. The compartments are also wholly or partially transparent to enable the contained articles to be seen.

  The present invention relates to a kit, in particular intended for the reception of first aid articles.

  However, although particularly intended for such applications, said kit may also be used in other types of medical application or not.

  Currently, first aid kits consist of a rigid box, usually made of plastic or metal, with different compartments to accommodate different items such as dressings, compresses, etc. These boxes are of variable shape and size depending on the use and especially the users.

  For manufacturers, it is in fact a question of taking into account the needs of the different users whether they are doctors, rescuers, nurses, firefighters or even individuals. It follows from this situation that manufacturers are forced to manufacture a multitude of types of boxes or possibly multi-purpose boxes which are ultimately not suitable

to everyone's needs.

  It should also be noted that in known devices, it is difficult to quickly modify the content, which means that it has to be used each time

  the most complete kit possible and sometimes ill-suited to a specific emergency.

  Other drawbacks are also inherent in these rigid boxes and we can cite among these in particular the weight and also the arrangement of the articles in the box which are sometimes difficult to locate,

because hidden by other articles.

  The object of the present invention is to provide a kit, in particular intended for the reception of first aid items which overcomes the

  disadvantages mentioned above and makes it possible to adapt to the needs of all types of users whether they are doctors, nurses, firefighters, individuals or others.

  Another object of the present invention is to provide a kit which allows good viewing of the articles.

  Another object of the present invention is to provide a kit in which the articles arranged in compartments in function

  of their use can be easily added to or removed from said kit.

  Another object of the present invention is to provide a kit whose weight is reduced compared to traditional kits.

  Other objects and advantages of the present invention will become apparent from the following description which is given only by way of

  indicative and which is not intended to limit it.

  According to the invention, the kit, in particular intended for the reception of first aid items, comprises: - a flank defining the envelope of the kit, 10 - at least one detachable compartment,

  - Means for receiving said at least one detachable compartment on said side.

  The invention will be better understood on reading the following description, accompanied by the appended drawings which form an integral part thereof and among which:

  - Figure 1 illustrates in a schematic view the internal face of the unfolded kit according to an embodiment of the kit according to the invention, - Figure 2 illustrates the external face of the kit according to the embodiment shown in Figure 1 above, - Figure 3 illustrates in bottom view an embodiment of a compartment according to the invention, - Figure 4 illustrates in perspective the example of compartment shown in Figure 3 above, - Figure 5 illustrates in a radial view a conforming kit

  to the invention comprising three compartments.

  The present invention relates to a kit, in particular intended for the reception of first aid items. It could be thus, by

  example, of articles distributed in specific modules.

  Among these modules, there may be mentioned a module allowing the recovery of severed limbs, a module intended for the care of athletes, a module comprising articles commonly used by rescuers, or

  a module comprising articles usable by individuals.

  Of course, many specific modules can be produced and even possibly by the user according to his own needs. As shown in Figures 1, 2 and 5, the kit 1, in particular intended for the reception of first aid items, comprises

  a sidewall 2 defining the envelope of said kit 1.

  Said kit 1 also comprises at least one detachable compartment 10, an exemplary embodiment of which is illustrated separately in FIGS. 3 and 4. Said kit 1 also comprises receiving means 4

  said at least one detachable compartment 3 on said side 2.

  In FIG. 1, a kit 1 can be seen in the unfolded position comprising the sidewall 2 and a compartment 3. Said kit 1 comprises means 4 for receiving said at least one detachable compartment 3 on said

flank 2.

  According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, said receiving means 4 consist of at least one hooking strip 5 allowing hooking of the loop-hook type, in particular known under the name of "Velcro".

  Said at least one fastening strip 5 disposed on the sidewall 2 cooperates with a fastening strip 6 disposed on the underside

  7 of said at least one detachable compartment 3.

  According to one embodiment, each compartment 3 has two hooking bands 6 parallel and ideally placed in the length of said compartment 3 and cooperating with two hooking bands 5 arranged parallel to each other and transversely to the length of said

flank 2.

  Referring again to FIG. 1, it can be seen that said sidewall 30 2 has six fastening strips 5, allowing the fastening of one to three compartments 3. Said sidewall also includes a strip 10 allowing closing of said kit 1 by cooperating with a fastening strip 8

  placed on the other face of said sidewall 2, as shown in FIG. 2.

  However, in other embodiments, it is possible to envisage any other type of attachment to constitute the reception means 4. It will, for example, be possible to envisage reception means consisting of press buttons.

  Similarly, the closure means 9 of said kit 1 can be produced from any other type of closure means

known to those skilled in the art.

  Referring to Figure 4, we see that said compartment 3 has a face 11, opposite to said inner face 7, made in whole or in part transparent. This arrangement makes it possible to quickly view the articles present in the compartment in order to allow the choice of the

  compartment depending on the emergency.

  For this purpose, the transparent part of the face 11 is made of

preferably in crystal PVC.

  Each detachable compartment 3 also comprises closing means 12.

  According to an advantageous characteristic of the invention, said closure means 12 consist of a closure of the zipper type.

  In order to facilitate access to the articles contained in said compartment 3, it opens in two parts. Said compartment 3 has two transparent interior pockets, each of the parts 25 comprising one of these pockets.

  It is also important to note that to avoid an excessive weight of the assembly and to facilitate folding and unfolding of said sidewall 2, said sidewall is preferably made of flexible material and for example nylon. Said at least one compartment 3 may also be made of flexible material and for example of nylon fabric.

  The implementation of said kit 1 is particularly easy since it is sufficient for the user, at first, to choose the detachable compartment or compartments 3 that he wishes to take with him, then to install the compartments 3 chosen to using the receiving means 4 on the side 2

  unfolded then finally fold the assembly.

  We see in Figure 5 a side view in which the user has

  chosen to integrate three detachable compartments 3.

  There is also provided on the outer face of said sidewall 2 a grip handle 13 to facilitate the transport of said kit 1.

  Naturally, other embodiments, within the reach of those skilled in the art, could have been envisaged, without going beyond the ambit

  of the present invention as defined by the claims below.

Kit, in particular intended for the reception of first aid articles, characterized in that it comprises: - a sidewall (2) defining the envelope of the kit (1), - at least one detachable compartment (3) ,   - receiving means (4) of said at least one detachable compartment (3) on said side (2).   2. Kit according to claim 1, wherein said receiving means (4) consist of at least one fastening strip 1 0 (5)   3. Kit according to claim 2, in which each detachable compartment (3) comprises two attachment strips (6)   cooperating with the fastening strips (5) of said sidewall (2).   4. Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said at least one detachable compartment (3)   comprises a face (12) made wholly or partially transparent.   5. Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which said at least one detachable compartment is made of flexible material.   6. Kit according to any one of the claims   previous, wherein said at least one compartment (3) comprises   closing means (12) of the zipper type.   7. Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, in which the said at least one detachable compartment (3) has two transparent interior pockets.   8. Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein said sidewall (2) is made of flexible material.   9. Kit according to any one of the preceding claims, comprising from one to three detachable compartments (3).
