Abstract

L'invention concerne une synthèse industrielle de zéolithes à partir de cendres volantes. A cet effet, on obtient d'abord une estimation de la composition des cendres volantes, au moins en silicium (SiO2), pour préparer ensuite un mélange dont les proportions en base (NaOH) et en eau (H2O) sont choisies en fonction de la composition initiale des cendres. On laisse enfin évoluer le mélange à température et pression ambiantes, pendant une durée d'au moins dix jours. On obtient alors des zéolithes de type faujasite (FAU) et/ou sodalite (SOD).
