Abstract
Description
<Desc/Clms Page number 1> <Desc / Clms Page number 1>
The object of the present invention is to raise the temperature of a basin or a swimming pool by using solar energy and the energy of the filtration unit in synergy and thus improve its comfort and extend its duration. 'use. Current heating systems either have a high operating cost (fuel, electricity, gas, etc.) and, moreover, pollutants, or represent a high initial investment (solar panels, exchangers, etc.). The system according to the invention of a very easy installation does not generate any additional energy consumption or additional operating cost.
According to fig. 1 1, it consists in adding a branch circuit (1) to the primary circuit (2) for circulating the basin water. This system can also be included as standard in the filtration circuit or even be an integral part of the discharge plug (5). This secondary circuit (1) allowing the circulation of part of the filtered water through a hose of the garden hose type (3). This derivation takes place between the filter group (4) of the basin and the discharge plug (5); The water passing through the bypass (1) is preferably discharged directly into the basin (6) after solar heating. To carry out the derivation, a fitting (7) is inserted in the primary circuit (2) with an input and two outputs, one preferably aligned with the primary circuit (2), the second (1) being deflected.
According to fig.2 this second outlet has a nozzle (8) which can be connected to a garden hose according to any of the techniques known in this field. The length, diameter and arrangement of this pipe can be adjusted according to the needs and constraints of the user. The two ends (9 and 10) of the primary circuit (2) are preferably conical in shape to allow connection of pipes to existing diameters on the primary circuits of basins and swimming pools. This device comprises one or two taps. In the latter case, they are designed to prevent the simultaneous closing of the two circuits. This is for example achieved by the position of their controls (11 and 12) arranged perpendicular to each other and in quasi contact in the out of service position (fig.3a). Indeed, the simultaneous closure of the two circuits (1 and 2) would have serious consequences on the circuit upstream of the device (motor, pipes, filters ...). The valve (11) of the primary circuit includes a closing limiter produced for example by means of a stop (13). Indeed, the total closure of the primary circuit (2) would cause an overpressure damaging to the filtration system (4) and to the bypass circuit (1).
The fig.l represents the positioning of the device in the circuit (7).
La fig.2 représente le dispositif lui-même. Fig.2 shows the device itself.
Fig. 3 explains the operating principle.

According to fig. 3, the commissioning is done chronologically as follows:
1) The valve (12) which opposes in the closed position the valve (11) is closed (fig3a) is open, thus supplying the secondary circuit (1) (fig3b).
2) Le robinet (11) est fermé, obturant partiellement l'écoulement de l'eau vers le bassin (6) (fig3c). 2) The tap (11) is closed, partially blocking the flow of water to the basin (6) (fig3c).
3) The garden hose (3) is filled, pressurized and purged.
4) The adjustment of the flow rate of the secondary circuit (1) is carried out by means of the tap (11) more or less reducing the flow rate towards the basin (6). The function of the tap (12) is to shut down the system.
This device is particularly advantageous for ponds and swimming pools, of small and medium dimensions, in particular above ground pools.
