  The invention is in the field of everyday items, and more particularly bags to carry, such as handbags, backpacks or the like, which are designed to be foldable so as to reduce their bulk when are not used. The invention relates to such a bag to wear. We recall that in everyday life, it is common for individuals to have a bag, carried by hand or back, for the transport of personal items. It has been more particularly proposed bags that can be folded in on themselves so as to reduce their volume when they are not being used, in order to facilitate their storage and transport if necessary. In general, the solutions usually proposed consist in reducing the

  volume of the bag in pla, cant the side walls which delimit it against the bottom.

  For example, the document FR2113147 (FIRMA ADLER & FRISCHE) describes a bag, the bottom of which can be removed to allow the side walls which border it to be folded towards one another. For example again, the documents DE3539626 (Fa. Dr. August OETKER), DE19519937 (LIFESTYLE MODE HANDELS) and US4188988 (FERENC I. AGYAGOS) describe bags whose side walls fold down towards the bottom. Finally, for example, the document US3847194 (Rose COLIGLIANO) describes a bag of generally pyramidal conformation, the walls of which can be arranged adjacent to the bottom, for

subsidence towards the latter.

  It will be noted that the arrangement of a folding bag to carry implies having to overcome the difficulties which are particularly related:

  a) With the elegance of the bag, try when it is developed only when it is folded.

  b) The robustness of the bottom, even its rigidity, which prevents a folding of the bag

  to optimize the reduction of its size.

  c) The retraction of the flaps intended for carrying the bag.

  d) The need to provide provisions so that the side walls are not altered by the folding of the bag, nor by the handling and / or storage of

when folded.

  e) On obtaining an optimal reduction in the size of the folded bag, for

  facilitate storage by the individual on himself when he is not using it.

  The purpose of the present invention is to provide a foldable bag to be worn to reduce its volume if necessary, which is elegant and which, when folded, has the smallest possible footprint with

  protection of its side walls.

  The carrying bag of the present invention, such as handbag, backpack or the like, comprises a bottom bordered by lateral walls, at least one of which is provided with at least one strap for carrying the bag. This bag is more particularly arranged to be foldable in order to reduce

  its volume in the retracted position.

  According to the present invention, such a bag is recognizable in that the side walls of the bag being coupled, the bottom of the bag, in the retracted position, constitutes a firm container housing the strap at

  less and the side walls individually folded back on themselves.

  The bottom of the bag is preferably robust, giving it an at least natural hold. For its configuration into a container, it is proposed that such a bottom comprises, for example, at least one central articulation zone for the flap towards one another of two of its opposite edges.   preferred embodiments, in relation to the figures of the attached plates, in which: FIG. 1 is a representation of a bag to be carried according to a first alternative embodiment of the invention, this being in the retracted position. Fig.2 and Fig.3 are representations of the bag to be worn represented in Fig.1, which successively illustrate the modalities of its deployment. Fig.4 is a representation of a bag to be worn according to a second variant embodiment of the invention, the latter being in the retracted position. Fig.5 and Fig.6 show representations of the bag to be represented in Fig.4, which successively illustrate the modalities of its movement. In fig.3 and fig.6, a bag to carry comprises a relatively rigid bottom 1, which is bordered by paired lateral walls, such as 4.4 ′ or 5.5 ′, 5 ". A pair of straps 6 , 6 'or 7.7', fixed on the walls

  On fig.1 and fig.4, the bottom 1 of the bag is foldable on itself, by flap of two of its opposite edges 8 and 9. The bottom 1, when folded down, constitutes a container for housing the 6.6 'or 7.7' strips and the walls

  4.4 'or 5.5', 5 "sides of the bag, folded back on themselves.

  It will be noted in these figures that the conformation of the container is likely to be the same, regardless of the application made of the bag to be carried by the invention to a handbag or to a backpack,

  and especially tail whatever the configuration of the bag when it is deployed.

  In the illustrated examples, the bottom 1 has an ellipsodal conformation to give the closed container a general half-moon conformation. It should be noted however that this conformation, advantageously elegant and practical, is given by way of example and is not

  limiting as to the various possible conformations of the container.

  The bottom 1 advantageously comprises a peripheral rim 10 on the inside face of which the side walls 4,4 'or 5,5', 5 "of the bag are fixed. This rim 10 constitutes a lateral enclosure of the container formed by the bottom 1 in position retraction of the bag. It will be noted that the rim 10 of the bottom 1, which is rigid, preferably has notches 11,

  facing each other (a single indentation 11 is visible in the figures).

  These indentations 11 are arranged in a middle zone 12 of articulation of the

  bottom 1, to allow the flap of the opposite edges 8, 9 of the latter.

  In the retracted position of the bag, the edges

  opposite 8 and 9 from the bottom 1 wind kept folded towards one another by clipping.

  More particularly, the means for holding the opposite edges 8 and 9 of the bottom 1 wind constituted by a tongue 13 provided with an interlocking member 14 cooperating with a complementary interlocking member (not visible on the figures). The tongue 12 is fixed on the outer face of the rim 10 of the bottom 1 at one of its edges 9, while the outer face of the bottom 1 near its edge 8 opposite to the previous one, is provided with the member complementary nesting. Note that in the retracted position of the bag, the area of the rim 10 bordering the edge 8 of the folded-down bottom towards the opposite edge 9, is placed in external superposition with the area of the rim 10 of the latter. These wind arrangements such that the height of the enclosure, corresponding to that of the rim 10, determines the thickness of the closed container in the retracted position of the bag.

Claims (10)

  1.- Bag to carry, such as handbag, backpack or anaiogue, of the type of bag comprising a bottom (1) bordered by side walls (4,4 '; 5,5', 5 "), of which At least one is provided with at least one strap (6.6 '; 7.7') for carrying the bag, this bag being arranged to be foldable in order to reduce its volume in the retracted position, characterized : in that the side walls (4,4 '; 5,5', 5 ") being coupled, the bottom (1) of the bag in the retracted position, constitutes a firm container housing the strap (6,6 '; 7.7 ') at least and the side walls   (4.4 '; 5.5', 5 ") individually folded back on themselves.   2.- bag to wear according to claim 1, characterized: in that the bottom (1) being of a robustness giving it an at least natural hold, the latter comprises at least one median articulation zone (12) for the flap towards one another of two of its opposite edges (8,9), these (8,9) being equipped, for the closure of the container, of means (13,14) cooperating in their maintenance in position folded back towards each other.   3. Bag to be worn according to claim 2, characterized: in that the means for holding the opposite edges of the wind bottom of the easily reversible closure means   whether continuous or discontinuous.   4. Bag to be worn according to claim 3, characterized: in that the means for holding the opposite edges of the wind bottom constituted by any of the means comprising the zippers, the gripping strips, and the organs cooperating by clipping.   5. - Bag to be worn in accordance with a previous description, characterized in that the bottom (1) has a peripheral rim (10) on the inside face of which the side walls S ( 4.4 '; 5.5', 5 "), this flange (10) constitutes a lateral enclosure of the container   formed by the bottom (1) in the retracted position of the bag.   6. Bag to be worn according to claim 5, characterized: in that the flange (10) of the bottom (1) has notches (11), facing one another, in the central articulation zone (12) from the bottom (1), to allow the flap of the opposite edges (8,9) of the latter (1).   7. Bag to be worn according to claims 4 and 5, characterized:   in that the means for holding the opposite edges (8, 9) of the bottom (1) are constituted by a tongue (13) fixed on the outside face of the rim (10) of the bottom (1) at one of its edges , this tongue (13) being capable of a nesting member (14) cooperating with a complementary nesting member which is provided with the face   exterior of the bottom (1) in the vicinity of its edge (8) opposite to the previous one.   8.- Bag to wear according to any one of the preceding claims,   characteristic: in that the bottom (1) is of ellipsodal conformation to confer on the closed container a general conformation in half-moon.   9.- Application of a bag to wear according to any one of claims   previous, to a backpack, this one comprising a couple of straps (7, 7 ')   reported on the same side wall (5) of the bag.   10.- Application of a bag to wear according to any one of claims 1 a   8, has a handbag, the latter comprising a pair of straps (6,6 ')   respectively attached to two side plates (4,4 ') opposite the bag.
