Abstract

The device comprises a box (G) housing a 240 volt to 10 kV transformer (A), with the high voltage side connected through a control (F) to a site to be cleansed. Prior to application of the high voltage, a conductive fluid is injected into infested timbers and into nests. The high voltage is then applied intermittently. Users must wear insulating clothing.

  The present invention relates to a device which is intended for professionals specializing in the extermination of harmful insects and rodents, in particular termites. This process not only neutralizes parasites present in wooden frames

  but also in their burrow which can sometimes be several meters deep.

  Traditionally termite extermination is done with chemicals. However, the termites take refuge in their burrow placed under the pavements, the

  products do not offer optimum efficiency.

  The process consists of a box containing a transformer supplied from the mains with 220 V and delivering 10,000 V, two cables which are, at their end, fitted with metal clamps, a voltage regulator. and a dimmer. The device will be operated by

  push button thus implying the essential presence of a third party.

  Placed on the material to be treated, the wires 2 to 10 meters apart, diffuse a discharge

  electric capable of eliminating all the parasites present.

  Before any intervention, it is necessary to moisten the materials to be treated, at least 24 hours before, with a conductive liquid. To do this, a hole will be made

  in the piece of wood and by means of a pipe the product will be injected.

  The efficiency of the system will be reinforced by placing a transformer with a smaller section close to the burrow with intermittent start-up (fg 2). This installation will block

  the circulation of termites between their burrow and the rest of the house.

  Such a method also makes it possible to operate the rat extermination of any site without having recourse to traditional rat deaths. In this way the rodent and neutralized on

CLAIMS 2838024   1 - Device intended for professionals specializing in the extermination of harmful insects and rodents, in particular termites, characterized in that it comprises: - a bo ^ 'tier (Ci) containing a transformer (A) supplied with power from the 220 V and delivering 10,000 V, two cables (D, E) which are, at their end, fitted with clamps   , a voltage regulator and a variator (F).   2 - Device according to claim lcaractérisé in that the device is actuated by   push button (C) thus implying the essential presence of a third party.   Placed on the material to be treated, the wires (D, E) distant from 2 to 10 meters, diffuse a   electrical discharge capable of eliminating all the parasites present.   3 - Device according to claim lcaractérisé in that the efficiency of the system will be reinforced by placing near the burrow a transformer of smaller section with intermittent starting (fig 2) 4 Device according to claim lcaractérisé in that the process allows also to operate the rat extermination of any site without resorting to the traditional dead to rats.
