Abstract

The system for replenishing railway engines with fluids consists of a supporting structure (G) for one or more overhead guide rails (F) with carriages (B, C) from which the fluid hoses (A) with end nozzles (D) or couplings are suspended. The carriages are of two types: plain carriages (B) with wheels, a supporting structure, anti-impact stops and hose supports; and braked carriages (C) with additional brake shoes and springs. The braked carriages, nozzles or couplings can have an anti-break connections to prevent damage to the hoses if an engine drives off too soon, and the hoses can be equipped with heaters.
