Abstract

The device when supplied by a waterfall is able to recover the energy of one part of the flow by means of a turbine (10) which transmits it to a pump which raises the pressure of the other part of the water flow. The turbine and pump circuits are grouped inside a sealed casing (1) in which the turbine drives a single rotor (9). A central part with a helical screw (8) propels a part of the water inside a smaller cylinder (3), concentric with the casing, which rejoins the outside with a pressure greater than the inlet pressure to the device.
