Abstract

The present invention relates to an apparatus for automatically dispensing waffle cones (7) contained in a vertical position inside a tube (2), comprising a compensated spring with variable pitch (3).

 The horns rest on a plastic cone (1) which allows them to be guided in the rise inside the tube (2) from bottom to top without breaking any.

 The base of the cone dispenser consists of a cover (4) and a support (5) in which the spring (3) is fixed when a horn (7) is removed from the stack, another horn is automatically pushed outward ready to be removed itself.

Claims (6)

 1) Device for distributing the left hand cones one by one. It consists of an aluminum tube (2) into which are inserted the horns (7) which rest on a plastic cone (1) sliding with two guides on either side of the aluminum tube (2). The plastic cone (1) resting on a variable pitch spring (3) clipped onto a plastic base (5) whose base consists of a cover (4).  2) Device according to claim (1) characterized by an aluminum tube (2) constituting the receptacle and the guide for the horns (7).  3) Device according to claim (1) or claim (2) characterized by a variable pitch spring (3), making the connection between the plastic cone (1), and the plastic base (5) used to wind the horns ( 7) one by one.  4) Device according to any one of claims characterized by a plastic cone (1) on which the cones will be positioned one on top of the other upside down.  5) Device according to any one of the claims characterized by a plastic base (5) serving to support the aluminum tube (2) and fixing to the spring (3).  6) Device according to one of any claims characterized by a cover (4) serving as a base for the plastic base (5) as well as a crumb collector emitted by the horns (7).
