Abstract

Retaining strip has convex (10) and concave (20) sections defining teeth (11,12). The strip is fixed across the angle of the roof and the tooth formations receive pips (210) on the underside of the suspended tiles (200) to retain the tiles. The undulating formation of the strip also defines passages with the tile to allow the ingress of air into the roof space and drainage of rain water.
