SolardachpfanneSolar roof tile
The invention relates to a solar roof tile with a transparent top layer, under which a heat transfer system in the form of round or square tubes is arranged.
Such a solar roof tile is already known from DE-GM 78 22 740. There, roof tiles are designed in such a way that a gaseous cover is provided on the surface, under which an absorber system is located. The absorber system shown there consists of air-flooded spaces that are open downwards, i.e. in the direction of the roof space, and correspond to a collecting duct there. The solar energy gained is therefore used to heat air, which is fed to consumption points via a central pipe system.
A solar roof tile is known from DE 26 42 732 A1, in which an absorber system is also integrated into the roof tile below a glass cover (Fig. 3).
From DE4J.4Yy'4\'\ a solar roof tile is also known in which an absorber system adapted to the contour of a separately manufactured glass upper part is arranged under this upper part, but which is to be handled as a separate structural unit.
Finally, a solar collector is known from DE-GM 77 31 817, in which an absorber is arranged behind a lens-shaped collector, which has a shaped surface such that the moving focal point of the lens system always finds an impact surface on the absorber.
The present invention is based on the object of designing a solar roof tile in such a way that it can be handled like a conventional roof tile and that this roof tile is particularly efficient with regard to energy input.
This is achieved with the measures specified in the characterizing part of claim 1. The subclaims list further measures that lead to an advantageous development of the subject matter of the invention.
The solar roof tile according to the invention is manufactured in a variant similar to a glazed roof tile, with the difference that lens-like thickenings or curves are already provided on its surface during production, which lead to an intensive bundling of the sunlight. These thickenings or curves can be provided in the longitudinal and/or transverse direction.
An absorber system in the form of pipes is arranged below the glass top layer of the solar roof tile and is located in the focal point of the integrated lens systems. So that this solar roof tile can be handled like a normal tile, the individual roof tiles are manufactured as a single unit with the absorber systems and any thermal insulation at the back. Connections between the pipe sections forming the absorber system then only need to be laid during assembly.
Alternatively, instead of the permanently installed absorber pipe sections, devices can also be provided into which pipes can be inserted from below after the tiles have been laid on the roof. The pipes should ideally be flexible so that changes in the longitudinal direction that inevitably occur can be compensated for.
The subject matter of the invention will be explained by way of example using the drawing. The two figures show two variants of the subject matter of the invention in cross-section.
In a first variant, a solar roof tile corresponding to the shape of conventional roof tiles is made of glass and thus has a glass cover 1 exposed to sunlight. The shape of the cover 1 is selected so that elevations 2, 3, 4 are created in the longitudinal direction, which act like lens systems and concentrate the sunlight in the longitudinal direction.
An absorber in the form of tubes 5, 6, 7 is arranged at the respective focal point of systems 2, 3, 4. These are equipped with connections (not shown in detail) with which absorber systems of neighboring solar roof tiles can be connected. Instead of the tubes, it is also conceivable to provide mounting devices here that allow flexible tubes to be subsequently attached to roof tiles already mounted on the roof.
In order to be able to use the heat that hits the edge areas of the lens-shaped systems due to solar radiation, it is advisable to provide the absorber system with a dark, metallic slatted heat conducting plate 8, which absorbs the radiation and transfers it as heat to the pipes 5, 6, 7.
In order to prevent heat from radiating unused backwards, i.e. towards the attic, it is advisable to provide the solar roof tile with thermal insulation 9 on the back, which is indicated here schematically.
Contamination of the surface can be counteracted by making the surface of the solar roof tile extremely smooth, so that dirt has no chance of settling there.
Instead of the heat conducting plate 8, the heat input can be particularly improved if the solar roof tile is designed in two parts according to another alternative. An upper part 10 is transparent and contains the lens system, which is assembled with a lower part 11 made of dark material via pins 12, with the absorber system 5, 6, 7 being arranged between the connection of these two parts, namely at the focal point of the lens-shaped systems.
This measure not only focuses the sunlight on the absorbers, but also transports the heat gained through convection, i.e. through direct sunlight, to the absorber system via the dark underlayer. This makes it possible for diffuse radiation, where little or no energy is generated through the concentration of sunlight, to still be used to generate heat.
Instead of the lens systems formed by thickenings or elevations on the transparent top layer, Fresnel lenses can also be used.
