Dispositif de support supérieur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte moyens d'accrochage (9) sur le ressort (3). 7. Dispositif de support supérieur selon la revendication caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'accrochage sont constitués d'au moins une patte de maintien (9) formant un logement apte à accueillir maintenir au moins une partie d'une spire ressort (3). 8.
