Abstract

Dispositif pour protéger le dos très amaigri et les dorsales du patient lors de l'installation sur la table de radiologie en position horizontale.L'invention concerne un dispositif permettant de réaliser une radiographie en position allongée sans douleur pour le patient.Le dispositif est constitué d'un matelas anatomique en mousse (1) avec un creux anatomique au milieu (2), recouvert d'un coton fin (3). Il est adaptable par un " Velcro " (5) au repose-tête en mousse (1) avec un creux anatomique (2), recouvert d'un coton fin (3).Le dispositif selon l'invention est particulièrement destiné aux patients nécessitant une radiographie en position horizontale.

Description

La présente invention concerne un dispositif dont l'avantage est de
protéger le dos très amaigri (épineuses dorsales à fleur de peau) du patient qui souffre habituellement lors
de son installation en position horizontale sur une table de radiologie.
Le contact brutal des épineuses dorsales et des lombaires sur la table de radiologie procure une souffrance et une instabilité, il est impossible de mettre le patient en position
horizontale correcte.
Le dispositif selon l'invention permet de remédier à ces inconvénients.
Il comporte un matelas en mousse avec en son milieu une empreinte anatomique destinée à épouser confortablement le corps du patient dans une position verticale
correcte et sans douleur.
L'épaisseur du matelas amortit considérablement la dureté et le froid de la table radiologique. Il comporte également un repose-tête en mousse avec en son milieu une empreinte anatomique pour que la tête du patient y repose sans sensation désagréable de
compression au niveau de la nuque.
Les figures 1 et 2 annexées illustrent l'invention.
La figure 1 représente le matelas en mousse (1), d'un mètre de long, de 54 cm de large et de 11 cm d'épaisseur, avec en son milieu un creux anatomique (2) qui est recouvert d'un tissu en coton fin (3) (le coton est choisi car la matière plastifiée amplifie
la sudation). A l'une des extrémités est cousu un " Velcro " (5).
La figure 2 représente le repose-tête en mousse (10) avec en son milieu un creux anatomique (2), recouvert de coton fin (3). Il est adaptable au matelas grâce à un
" Velcro " (4).
Lors de l'examen, ce matelas et ce repose-tête sont recouverts d'une housse en
matière douce à usage unique ou d'une taie en coton aseptisée en autoclave.
Ce dispositif est parfaitement radio transparent.

Claims (2)

REVENDICATIONS
1) Dispositif pour protéger le dos très amaigri et les cervicales du patient lors de l'installation en position horizontale sur une table de radiologie caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un matelas anatomique en mousse (1) avec en son milieu un creux anatomique
(2), recouvert de coton fin (3), et à l'extrémité duquel est cousu un " Velcro " (5).
2) Dispositif selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un repose-tête en mousse (1), avec en son milieu un creux anatomique (2), recouvert de coton fin (3) et
adaptable au matelas grâce à un " Velcro " (4).
