Abstract

The mechanism, designed for curtains hung from two curved semi-circular rods (1) with interchangeable end knobs (3), consists of a vertical rod (5) pivoting about its lengthwise axis relative to brackets (7) fixed to the wall on each side of the window. The upper end of each vertical rod has a support (4) for attaching to a plate (2) on the end of a curtain rod (1), while the lower end has a hook (6) to hold back the open curtain and to act as a handle for rotating the rod manually. When the vertical rods are turned the curtain rods are rotated so that the curtains move away from the window to be placed on either side of it.

DESCRIPTION

  Curtains made up of two bars, semi-circular in shape, starting straight-

  wall to cross in the center of the window allowing complete closure

curtains.

  Possibility of putting two rods (1) on each side (one for the curtains and one for the curtains). They are also mounted on two mechanisms fixed vertically on each side of

  the window (see figure.A) which allows you to manually open each curtain

  either, or both.

  To handle the curtains; we use the hook (6) which also serves to hang the

  curtains, which replaces the flames.

  This system differs from classic rods (1), because it consists of two

  parts: one to the right and one to the left, which allows the curtains to pivot.

  With this system you do not touch the curtains with your hands which prevents them from falling

form or crease them.

  The hanging of the curtains can be done directly on the rods (1) (curtains with pat-

  tes) or in the traditional way with rings, hooks, eyelets, etc ... already existing. The difference with the straight rods currently existing is in their forms

  specials giving new reliefs to the curtains.

  They differ from current rods (1) by the end which goes up by the

  top of the side of the interchangeable tip.

CLAIM   Device for a manual or electric opening and closing mechanism of at least two curtain rods (1) each characterized in that it comprises a plate   (2) for fixing, an interchangeable end piece (3), a semi-circular rod (1). Meca-   manual opening mechanism which includes an upright (5), a support (4) for screwing the plate (2), two brackets (7) for fixing to the wall, a hook (6) which allows opening   the curtains manually and serves as a tie-back, an interchangeable end piece (3), two   screwable votes (13). Electric opening mechanism comprising: a plate (11) of   wall mounting, a connecting rod (9), an electric motor (10), a hinge (8), a support   port (4) to fix the plate (2). Alternatively, the opening mechanisms may sup-   wear at least two curtain rods (1) on each side of the window and two hooks   ches (6) one to hang the curtains, the other to hang the curtains.
