La présente invention concerne d'une manière générale une serrure et plus particulièrement une serrure dite symétrique pour véhicule automobile, dont les composants sont conçus de manière a pouvoir tre assemblés soit pour former une serrure destinée à une porte de droite du véhicule, soit pour former une serrure destinée à une porte de gauche du véhicule. Une telle serrure dite symétrique est décrite dans une demande de brevet déposée par la demanderesse le mme jour que la présente demande.
