Abstract

The invention relates to a sports shoe, in particular a sliding sport comprising at least one fastening member (13, 130) to a sliding device, and consisting of a rod (10, 110) and a walking sole. The rod (10, 110) is fixed along its lower periphery (11a, 112) on a first mounting (12, 120), the fastening member (13, 130) is anchored directly to the first mounting (12, 120), and the tread (14, 140) is fixed by gluing on the rod - first mounting - attachment member assembly.

Description

The present invention relates to a sports shoe.

  sport, in particular sliding sport such as snowboarding (or snowboarding) comprising at least one fastening member to a

  gliding device, such as a snowboard.

  Currently in snowboarding more and more system type bindings are being developed,

  generally called step-in, to ensure the connection of the shoe to the board.

  In this type of binding, the boot includes a fastening member intended to cooperate with a complementary fastening member fixed on the snowboard. Such

  systems are described for example in WO 96/03186.

  As shown in FIG. 1, known snowboard boots generally consist of a strobel upper 1, that is to say of an extremely flexible liner-shaped upper, which therefore has to be stiffened by an outer sole 3, 5, for mounting an insert 4 to form the fastening member. The insert 4 is therefore fixed on an extremely rigid midsole 3, itself fixed by gluing on an inner sole 2 of shock absorbing material, itself assembled by gluing to the upper 1. An outer sole of

  step 5 is glued to the assembly, leaving the insert 4 protruding.

  In a sandwich construction of this type, the forces F exerted during sports practice tend to separate the upper 1 from the sole 2, 3, 5 (cf. FIG. 1). The assembly is also long and costly since it requires the production of three successive bondings, on the one hand between the upper and the inner sole 2, then between the inner sole 2 and the rigid midsole 3,

  and finally between said intermediate sole 3 and the external sole 5.

  There are also other constructions shown for example by WO 96/03186, EP 719 505, EP 753 269 o the fastening member is fixed to the outside, under the sole of

  walking in an obviously provided for this purpose in said walking sole.

  In such a construction, the attachment member is fixed by screws passing through the walking sole and screwing into a rigid plate generally extending over the entire surface of the sole. The disadvantage of constructions of this type is that the fastening member is disposed completely outside, on the side of the tread surface face of the outer sole, and is therefore particularly exposed to wear, to dirt and freezing, which is detrimental to the proper functioning of this member with the associated attachment member of the fixing system. Furthermore, the hooking member, more or less projecting from the walking surface, hinders walking, makes it difficult and reduces the grip and grip capabilities of the sole. market. The rigidity of the attachment plate of the fastening member and therefore of the sole further reinforces the discomfort during the

market.

  The object of the present invention is to remedy the above drawbacks, and in particular to provide a solid attachment and according to an inexpensive manufacturing process for an organ.

  Another object of the invention is also to provide an anchorage offering good protection of said fastening member and in particular with respect to wear, dirt and snow / ice. Finally, the anchoring must make it possible to withstand the high forces occurring during

  A final object of the invention is that the "walking" function of the shoe is preserved as much as possible. These objects are achieved in the sports shoe according to the invention which is of the type comprising at least one member for hooking to a gliding device, and consisting of a rod and an external walking sole, by the fact that the rod is fixed along its lower periphery on a first assembly, that the hooking member is anchored directly on the

  first assembly, and that the tread is fixed by gluing on the rod assembly -

  first assembly - hooking member.

  In fact, in such a construction, the mounting of the shoe is more economical, in material and in time, since the first mounting in fact fulfills two functions, namely the mounting of the upper and the anchoring of the member. hooking, and since a single bonding operation is necessary to fix the outer sole on the upper. Such a construction allows

  also to remove the midsole.

  Finally, the fastening member is covered by the tread and is protected from

  dirt, snow and ice, and the grip of this body is better.

  FIG. 2 shows a construction of a boot according to the invention applied to a snowboard boot 10. This boot 10 comprises a rod 11 fixed along its lower periphery 11a, in a manner known per se, that is to say by gluing and nailing, on a

  first mounting 12 intended to receive a hooking member 13.

  The first mounting 12 is made of a very rigid material such as titanal, or a composite material; it must in particular ensure torsional rigidity, as well as in flexion and sufficient anchoring of the fastening member 13 at least in its central anchoring zone 12B of the fastening member 13. It preferably comprises in its area 12B for fixing the fastening member 13, threaded inserts 15. These threaded inserts 15 are inserts

  standard, known per se and force-fitted into the first assembly.

  The first mounting 12 can also be made of semi-rigid material depending on the particular application desired, the main thing being that the anchoring of the hooking member 13 is sufficient. The hooking member 13 is fixed by screws 16 which are screwed into the inserts 15 on the first mounting 12. The tread 14 is then fixed by gluing, on the rod 11 mounted on the first 12, leaving overflowing at outside the grip part 13A properly

  Figure 3 shows a preferred embodiment of the first mounting 12. This first mounting 12 has at its rear part 12A, that is to say from the heel to

  its central region 12B, a wide rib 20 disposed substantially along a longitudinal axis.

  In its central region 12B, the first mounting 12 has four holes 22 intended for

  In the embodiment of FIG. 4, the shoe 100 comprises a rod 110, a first mounting 120 on which is fixed a hooking member 130 and an external walking sole 140. The shoe 100 is shown, before assembly of the first of

  mounting 120 and outer sole 140, the rod 110 being mounted on a form 111.

  The first mounting 120 in this case consists of three parts, namely from the top to the bottom: - a bowl comfort sole, which will subsequently be called bowl 121 and which is made of a flexible and damping material such as polyurethane foam, - a rear reinforcement or shank 122 consisting of a metal piece of substantially rectangular shape and extending substantially in the middle part of the sole corresponding to the arch of the foot, - a first sole 123 of semi-rigid material such than polyamide, polypropylene, polyurethane. The shank 122 has a substantially 2-shaped cross section defining a

  central longitudinal rib 122b, so as to provide optimum torsional rigidity.

  It is preferably made of a very rigid material such as titanal. It has four holes 122a for the installation of threaded inserts 150 into which the fixing screws 160 of the hooking member 130 will be inserted. The length of the shank 122 is provided so as to

  do not interfere with the flexing of the sole while walking.

  The first sole 123 is provided in its central zone with a longitudinal recess

  median 124 intended to house in particular the central rib 122b of the shank 122.

  Like the latter, the first sole 123 also has holes 125, in

  the occurrence of four holes, for the passage of the fixing screws 160.

  Finally, the first sole 123 comprises at the front, that is to say substantially from its front end to its metatarsophalangeal articulation zone 127, transverse through lumens 126 intended to allow the flexing of said sole during the market. These lights 126 can also be provided without opening. They can also have any shape deemed advantageous for walking, or an inclination

  different from the longitudinal axis of the sole.

  The fastening member 130 has in example shown substantially the shape of a T comprising an anchoring part 131, intended to receive the screws 160 in order to allow anchoring in the shoe, and a fastening part 132 proper extending to 90 relative to the anchoring part 131 and intended to cooperate with the associated hooking member

  of the fixing device (not shown in the drawing).

  The outer sole 140 is preferably made of rubber or other material having good grip qualities and resistance to wear. This external sole 140 comprises a proper walking surface 141 and a peripheral rim 142 intended to go up along the rod 110. This external sole 140 moreover has, on its upper surface, a recess 143 intended to receive the portion of anchoring 131 of the hooking member 130, and on its peripheral edge 142, a recess 144 intended for the passage towards the outside of the hooking part 132 of the hooking member 130. The hooking member 130 is therefore protected from below by the outer sole and only its useful part 132 protrudes relative to

the shoe.

  The assembly of the shoe is carried out as follows. The three parts 121, 122, 123 of the first mounting 120 are displayed against the internal face of the form 111, that is to say brought into contact with the latter in the final position and provisionally fixed at

  the latter using means known per se such as glue, nails, staples, etc.

  The lower edge 112 of the rod 110 is then pulled down, folded down and fixed on the lower face of the first mounting 120, in this case the lower face 127 of the first sole 123. The fixing means are known in oneself and understand for example from the

glue, nails, ... etc.

  The hooking member 130 is then fixed by means of the screws 160 on the first mounting 120 and the outer sole 140 is finally positioned and glued to the assembly, its peripheral edges 142 rising along the rod 110. As well as 'It will be easily understood, such a method of fixing the fastening member 130 directly on the first mounting allows better attachment and better transmission of forces, while being more economical. It will also be noted that the attachment member 130 participates locally in the assembly of

  the rod 110 on the first mounting 120.

Claims (8)

  1- Sports shoe, in particular a sliding sport comprising at least one fastening member (13, 130) to a sliding device, and consisting of a rod (10, 110) and an external walking sole (14 , 140), characterized in that the rod (10, 110) is fixed along its lower periphery (11a, 112) on a first mounting (12, 120), in that the fastening member ( 13, 130) is anchored directly on the first mounting (12, 120), and in that the tread (14, 140) is fixed by gluing on the rod - first of mounting - hanging device.   2- Sports shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the first mounting (12, 120) is made of a rigid or semi-rigid material at least in the anchoring zone of the attachment member.   3- Sports shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the fastening member   is anchored in a central region of the first assembly (12, 120).   4- Sports shoe according to claim 1, characterized in that the first mounting (12, 120) is rigid in torsion and in flexion from its rear end to a   zone corresponding substantially to the metatarsophalangeal joint.   - Sports shoe according to claim 4, characterized in that the first mounting (12, 120) has a longitudinal reinforcing rib (20, 122b) from its   rear end to the metatarsophalangeal joint area.   6- Sports shoe according to claim 4, characterized in that the first mounting (12, 120) is flexible in flexion at least in the metatarsophalangeal articulation zone. 7- Sports shoe according to claim 6, characterized in that the first mounting comprises transverse flex grooves (21, 126) in the articulation zone metatarsophalangeal.   8- Sports shoe according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the   first assembly is made of a very rigid and light material such as titanium.   9- Sports shoe according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the   first assembly is made of a composite material.   10- Sports shoe according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the   first mounting (120) comprises a part (123) forming a first sole of a semi-rigid material and a rigid reinforcement (122) comprising the means (150) for fixing the attachment member (130).
