Abstract

The device includes a base plate and retaining loop shaped clip, which has rectangular section ends that clip into the base plate. The cable anchorage device comprises a base plate (2) to which a ring (1) is attached. The base plate is cross shaped with a horizontal limb (8) and a vertical limb (7). The horizontal limb includes two rectangular apertures (10) which receive the two ends of the ring (1). The vertical limb includes two circular apertures enabling the base plate, to be attached to a support surface. The ring (1) includes a circular section and two straight legs (4). Each leg is rectangular in cross-section, and includes a cutaway notch (5) on the outward facing surface, engaging a complementary shape on the internal wall of the aperture to which the limb is fitted.

Description

The present invention relates to a console

for anchoring electric cables.

  The invention relates to anchoring brackets comprising

  both a plate pierced with holes for the passage of fixing screws on an electric pole and from which extends a plate pierced with a light for the passage

  a clip supporting the electric cable.

  Such consoles are either made from sections which are cut and machined, or

from castings.

  These consoles are relatively expensive and the in-

  vention aims to produce such consoles at a

much lower price.

  As can be seen in FIG. 2, the branches 4 are inserted in the openings 10 and, in the areas 16,

  a stamping is practiced in order to form in the openings

  res 10 a crimping of the branches 4 which is inserted in the notches 5. Thus, the repelled metal ensures the fixing

branches 4 on the board.

  We understand that such a console is simple to manufacture, inexpensive and that, compared to existing consoles, especially those formed from a single

  streamlined, we save a lot of material.

  The console according to the invention can be fixed to a post in several ways, either with screws passing through the holes 9 and possibly the hole 14, or with screws passing through one of the holes 9, the part of the bar 7 comprising the other hole 9 receiving a strip which is guided by the ears 8 and the ribs and surrounds

the pole.

  It is also possible to provide two strips passing one over the upper part of the bar 7 and the other over the lower part, the hole 14 being traversed

by a screw.

  Of course, the invention is not limited to the embodiment which has just been described and represented.
